Thankfully, I have seldom had the misfortune of dealing with a company like this before. The quality of their product is poor, and customer service is legendary - unfortunately not in a good way. Best avoided.

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, I must firmly and respectfully disagree with the comments you have raised.
The goods you purchased in April were fully tested in our workshop before dispatch. As with all orders, we carried out a complete functionality check to ensure everything was in perfect working condition before leaving our facility. There were no faults or defects present at that time.
Upon receiving the items back from you, it became immediately clear that the issues you are now experiencing are the direct result of the installation process, which was not completed by our team. The products were returned to us heavily covered in plaster and paint, indicating that they were installed before the surrounding finishing work was carried out. Unfortunately, plaster, paint, or any form of moisture coming into contact with a printed circuit board will cause failures and electrical damage. This type of exposure is not consistent with a product fault, it is consistent with improper handling during installation.
For this reason, we always advise installers and end users to ensure all plastering, painting, and general finishing works are completed before fitting any LED products. This prevents accidental damage and protects the integrity of the circuitry. When these steps are not followed, it significantly increases the likelihood of damage occurring, and such installation-related issues mustn't be mistaken for product defects.
We take great pride in the quality and reliability of our products, and we stand by the testing procedures and checks carried out before delivery. In this case, the condition in which the items were returned clearly demonstrates that the failures arose after installation and as a result of how the products were handled on site.
If you require any guidance on correct installation practices going forward, we would be happy to offer support.
