***** ****** called me to do a consultation via facetime. She seemed like a nice woman, only to find out that she has been sending my husband naked pictures of herself, exposing herself in the most vulgar and disgusting ways. If this is the type of employees that work at this establishment I want nothing to do with this company because it shows the type of value they uphold. sure my husband is a POS too but for this female employee to try and sell me Arbonne Products and smile at me while at the same time exposing herself to my husband and being provocative is a huge disappointment to the company she represents. She's a disgusting individual.
Great career if wanting to work at own pace
At Arbonne you own your own business. You will share Health and Wellness products with consumers. You will also recruit partners to work along side with you. The best part of being an Independent Consultant is you will work your own business. Pros: Flexible work schedule Cons: Commission based

Their independent consultant ****** ******* is a racist. She has sent disgusting racist remarks to people online telling them to go back to ******. How is this company okay with allowing someone like this to be a part of their organization?!? A complaint has been submitted directly on their website as well along with screenshots and all supporting documentation. Please hold her accountable!!! This is NOT OKAY!!!
Not the best place to work, but it could be worse.
A typical day at Arbonne can and will include answering phones, responding to emails, replying to social media inquiries, attending meetings, and completing trainings.Your tasks will vary depending on experience and how well liked you are by management.I've learned how to fake empathy rather well and that you MUST follow the "good vibes only" rule. (Do not, under any circumstances, say anything negative about who you work with, the programs used, the products, the customers, or the company. Ever. Keep any and all negativity to yourself!)Management is based on clique mentality. You need to do some serious boot licking to get in good so you can promote or get work outside of answering phones. The job itself isn't bad and the customers can be cool, however you will be stressed by a lack of communication, unrealistic metric goals, and a completely broken quality assurance system. You definitely won't want to spend years here but it's a resume builder. Pros: Deep product discount and a chance to travel for work. Cons: Lack of communication, poor management, work load, and a lack of recognition.

I've been using Arbonne for 20+ years with no down line. I just enjoy the deep discounts. Products are cutting edge with clinical studies to back their claims. Nutrition line is top notch and unparalleled. **** care line smells amazing. Skincare is great with some sensitivity on my end. Those complaining about MLM should have done more research before commiting to any MLM as a career choice. All the tools are there if you really want it! Overall, I'm very pleased with the company as I've watched it grow over the decades. Keep it up Arbonne. Much love!
A career opportunity that helps me to not only grow as an entrepreneur but as a person
What is the best part of working at the company? The personal growth you'll find when you commit yourself to this amazing company is my personal gainWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?I personally got stressed or nervous recording live streams for events but it was a minor thing to overcomeWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company? The people who work for the company are so inspiring and it's been a pleasure getting to know them they are all so helpful and just want to help people both with their careers and in their personal lives. The mission statement of the company is also very inspiring and aligns with my values perfectlyWhat is a typical day like for you at the company? It's never the same which is in part why I do so well I think. But during what I call "office hours" are when I will sit with my coffee and laptop or iPad and do my "office work" which includes posting content, watching or listening to training videos, webinars or audios. Or even taking in some other types of personal growth content or creating intentions. I also use this time for goal setting or even at times I will do my "busy" work at this time. Like organizing products, sending emails, taking inventory, etc. the rest of this time is used to following up with existing clients, following up on leads things if that nature. Finally I make it a point to start filling up my calendar with income producing activities like scheduling one on ones, for both product demos or sharing the business opportunities. Income producing activity is always an event, meeting or some way to produce revenue by the time that block of time is over this can be with virtual events or in person to share the products or business with someone to place product orders. Sometimes I will even schedule facials or makeup trials with a group or with someone one on one. Then ofcourse I will check in with my team to see if anyone needs help or if I can help them produce revenue. All this can be done anywhere at anytime as long as I have my phone I can work.
I used to have great skin and would get compliments all the time, until I switched to Arbonne. I thought I could make my skin even better and keep it looking youthful and healthy, but instead it lead to terrible breakouts like nothing I had ever experienced before. I kept asking my upline for help and was basically advised to try other product lines or just give it more time. I'm embarrassed to admit that I was an Independent Consultant for a couple of years until I eventually reached the conclusion that my skin was rejecting every product. Plus, I could not sell this stuff to my friends and family with how bad my skin looked. Arbonne was no help to me at all, and I wasted so much money on this junk while being sold false hope. Once I stopped using all Arbonne products, my skin cleared up and healed. My skin care now just involves a few basic, natural, food-grade ingredients. If Arbonne products work for you, more power to you, but that was not my experience at all. Leaving the company also cost me a very close friendship, so tell me it's not a cult. After my Arbonne experience, I was so disturbed by witnessing their business practices firsthand that I refuse to do business with any MLM companies ever again.

Harmful Additives and lead in supplements
After taking their fizz drinks and their proteins shakes for over a year, I was starting to have some health issues. I do get blood draws every year, and after using Arbonne, my blood came back with lead in it, and a congested liver, and failing kidneys. I am now on seven different supplements to heal my kidneys, and my liver. This stuff is horrible and should be banned. After my blood draw, we went through my kitchen and scanned all the products to see what the culprit was. Needless to say, Arbonne came back with hazardous additives that were related to my organ issues.
I enjoyed working there very much and if I had the opportunity to go back I would
What is the best part of working at the company? The experience and learning new things. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? When it got busy and the lines got backed up What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good very respectful and caring for others What is a typical day like for you at the company?Busy but rewarding at the same time
Products are good,Customer service a bit difficult to understand sometimes,Don't like that although some of us are independent consultants and therefore get a discount on the products, we still end up having to pay taxes on the original prices. Also, a while back had to return something I wasn't satisfied with and had to pay shipping!
