Very poor quality and craftsmanship. Sweaters filling up with one use, other sweaters holes popping through them after 5 to 6 wires. Company would not replace anything. They acted as if they did not care there, especially since I am in the US.

We bought the men’s half zip Aran sweater in green two years ago as a gift and it was well loved. It is a wonderful darker shade of green that looks great and continues to stand the test of time. The quality of these sweaters is very good. Much better than anything I could find in the United States (unless my mother-in-law was knitting them). I wear my long sweater every day, inside and outside, and it keeps me toasty warm. I bought one to wear every day and one to keep pristine for going out, and that has worked well for me. I recommend buying these because they’re excellent quality, and they really suit my style.

Sadly part of my order not in stock, replacement not in stock, it's been seven days since shipment and tracking number still not on the system UPDATE: once Aran sweaters were aware of the problem they sorted it out very quickly. The problem wasn't themselves. Thank you Stuart. I would now say 4 stars because of the disappointment of not having what I wanted in stock . The jumper is beautiful and a lovely fit. I would definitely buy from them again.
