Water taste weird after two months of US
I have bought three pitchers. I liked the water taste so much when I started using the product. However, after a month or two of using the pitcher, the water tastes like I have added lemon which I do not like. This happened with the first two pitchers but I thought it was because I cleaned the filter with warm water. been cleaning the latest puchsed with cold water and a paper towel but I started tasting the lemon water taste after two months of using the filter even before the filter indicator is at 006. I am now researching which filter to buy but will not be buying this pitcher again.

Water functions great. Spout design not so much.
Design of the pitcher and it's function as a filter is excellent.Spout design both in function and longevity needs more QC to bring it up to par.Mine broke just sitting filtering the water I put into it. The button to push for waterwas designed poorly and it just popped out while it was sitting. Spring loaded button fell out.I have had it for 5 months. It is useless now.

The big selling point of this particular item is that it has aN electric tester, which you can test your water before and after filtering. My tester doesn’t work. But there’s no returns or way to notify the company that you have a defective item. And I have no way to verify that it’s actually doing what it’s supposed to be doing, since the tester is defective. So at this point, I wouldn’t recommend this item because I don’t like something that the seller won’t respond to issues. I did purchase a second tester from this company. And the results show that there’s still a whole lot of particulates so I don’t really see if this works. I wouldn’t waste money on this.

The phenomenal water filtration.
An extremely easy to use product that does it job better than any other. The zero water filter lives up to its name and leaves almost no particulates left in the water. The package even includes a water tester to see when you will need a new filter. Overall 10/10.

It came incomplete.
This is a great item—I bought it while staying a month in a neighborhood with poor water. It cleaned the water, filtered quickly, and the water tester is a nice edition. I left it at the house as a gift and ordered one to take with me overseas. It came without a lid and the faucet is broken. I had to order another one quickly as I fly in two days. I’ll update to a five star if this problem is resolved.
