Nice customer survive!!

The things are very user-friendly and the service is also very up to standard

The table top dishwasher purchased works great so far but don't use their delivery/ pick up service. The delivery person took a dump in my bathroom, didn't flush or wash hands and then managed to disconnect my water supply. I called the company to ask what they had done. They asked me to send a video, had no idea, I talked to someone on the phone who was clueless, then the same delivery person came back a few days later and still clearly didn't know. I understand now they do not offer dishwasher disconnection during the removal but that was not clear when I booked the service. The delivery person didn't tell me they didn't do it either but proceeded to ask for several towels and a bucket to soak up split water and then a screwdriver which I didn't have so he used a knife, clearly working it out as he went. It was all very unprofessional and I had to pay a plumber to come to fix it after having no water for almost a week. The company have been very unprofessional in addressing this poor practice with no apology even, let alone reimbursement for my time and money spent fixing their error.

Lovely customer service

I bought a heat pump and a laundry machine from Midea, and unfortunately, both have had issues within two years. The heat pump has a sensor problem and not working yet, and the laundry machine leaks water and doesn’t clean clothes properly. I have tried reaching out to customer support for an entire year, yet no one has resolved my problem. It's incredibly frustrating to invest in a product that fails so quickly and receive no assistance from the company. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to provide effective customer service is unacceptable. I regret choosing Midea and would not recommend their products to anyone looking for reliability and support.

Brilliant service provided at the store! From start to finish of the transaction extremely helpful and was able to get everything I needed sorted straight away. Would highly recommend!
