The table top dishwasher purchased works great so far but don't use their delivery/ pick up service. The delivery person took a dump in my bathroom, didn't flush or wash hands and then managed to disconnect my water supply. I called the company to ask what they had done. They asked me to send a video, had no idea, I talked to someone on the phone who was clueless, then the same delivery person came back a few days later and still clearly didn't know. I understand now they do not offer dishwasher disconnection during the removal but that was not clear when I booked the service. The delivery person didn't tell me they didn't do it either but proceeded to ask for several towels and a bucket to soak up split water and then a screwdriver which I didn't have so he used a knife, clearly working it out as he went. It was all very unprofessional and I had to pay a plumber to come to fix it after having no water for almost a week. The company have been very unprofessional in addressing this poor practice with no apology even, let alone reimbursement for my time and money spent fixing their error.
