Great stay! The host was extremely communicative throughout, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!
Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Toll eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Valentina war immer sofort erreichbar und hatte immer gute Tipps. Die Bäckerei im Untergeschoss ist sehr praktisch und gut. Der private Parkplatz mit Schranke eine große Erleichterung.Alles ist fußläufig zu Erreichen. In die Altstadt zieht es sich, vor allem in der prallen Sonne ist es recht mühsam. Am Wochenende ist es von den nahen Bars nachts etwas lauter. Aber bei geschlosse Fenster ist fast nichts zu hören. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung absolut zu empfehlen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!
This apartment is a perfect spot to explore the area! Whilst there we went to Verona, Venice and Milan and of course went exploring around Lake Garda to Bardolino, Salo and Masceline. Sirmione itself is beautiful and we were able to walk to the Old Town in 40 minutes but there is a regular shuttle bus that can take you there as well.You are above a bakery which does do many yummy food, such as bread, focaccia, pizza bread and pastries. Everything is in reach and within walking distance.Finally the hosts, as soon as we booked Tobia responded and was very reachable with any questions. Before we arrived Valentina provided really useful information and videos about where to park, how to access the apartment. During our stay Valentina was brilliant in answering any questions and providing information, all really quickly and proactively providing information about upcoming markets and entertainment. We loved staying here and would highly recommend 🥰
Le logement de Valentina est très confortable et situé dans le centre de Sirmione. Vous pouvez vous rendre au lac ou aux différents restaurants a pied en laissant votre voiture au parking privé. Le centre historique de Sirmione est accessible en bus ou a pieds après une belle marche. Le logement est magnifique et parfaitement équipé avec notamment la clim qui est indispensable en été.
Tobia and Valentina’s home in Sirmione was so beautiful and comfortable. Valentina was very easy to communicate with and also very helpful. I highly recommend it!
Nydelig Leilihet som er meget ren og ryddig med to balkonger og tilgang til en liten hage. To flotte bad og så midt i sentrum som du kan komme i denne delen av sirmione - 3 km utenfor «downtown». Nydelig by og veldig god stemning. Bakeriet i underetasjen var også et stort pluss. Veldig trivelige eiere som var veldig imøtekommende og trivelige.

Logement parfait et très propre. Il y a un petit parterre (commun avec les autres locataires) avec des chaises que nous pouvons utiliser pour prendre un verre ou jaser au soleil. C’est un petit plus très apprécié. L’extérieur et l’accès au logement sont très propres et bien entretenus. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a une boulanger-pâtisserie dans le même bâtiment. Nous avions un stationnement sécuritaire ce qui a été très apprécié aussi. Nous avons été très satisfaits de ce logement.
Die Wohnung war ein Traum. Sehr sauber und ordentlich mit allem was man im Alltag braucht. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, wobei wir nur gefrühstückt und abends in den Restaurants im Viertel gegessen haben. Ein Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Shuttlebus fährt innerhalb von Sirmione alle 15-20 Minuten hoch zur Altstadt. Die Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof in Desenzano (für die Anreise oder Ausflüge nach Verona, Venedig oder Mailand) ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Valentina hat uns einen super Tipp gegeben, wie wir zu einem kleinen Strand abseits der Massen ganz in der Nähe laufen konnten. Dort gibt es eine tolle, kleine Beachbar mit Essen und Getränken, wo man sich auch im Schatten gut aufhalten kann. Montags gibt es direkt vor dem Haus einen Wochenmarkt. Abends kann es etwas länger laut sein morgens erwas früher wegen der Bäckerei darunter. Dafür wird man mit tolllem Gebäck belohnt. Valentina ist super erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich werde hier nochmal herkommen.
Der Aufenthalt war einfach ein Traum! Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Gastgeberin waren perfekt. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, die Kommunikation war super freundlich und hilfreich! Die Lage der Wohnung etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und man ist zu Fuss in 40 Minuten im Zentrum. Alternativ fährt der Shuttle quasi vor der Haustüre ab. Auch der Parkplatz der zur Wohnung gehört war super hilfreich. Ich kann es nur empfehlen
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce bel appartement.nous n'avons manqué de rien, nous avons même eu la surprise de voir qu'une petite barrière était installée pour le lit de notre petite fille sans en faire la demande.nous recommandons ce logement. :)
We spent 5 days as a family of 4 in the appartement of Tobia and Valentina. The accommodation is pleasant, spacious, well equipped, very tidy and clean. Everything is welcoming and it immediately feels like home. Communication with Valentina is fluid. Sirmione is a great place by the lake, well located to visit both shores and small cities nearby. The good bakery in the same building is a plus. We highly recommend.
우리가족은 이탈리아를 3주간 6개 도시를 여행하면서 5곳의 에어비앤비와 1곳의 호텔을 경험했습니다. 그 중 이 곳 시르미오네의 집이 가장 훌륭했어요. 기대했던 것과 같았고 지내는 동안 불편한 점이 하나도 없었고 집이 너무 아름다웠어요. 2월이였는데 따듯했고 침대도 거실도 주방도 완벽했어요.행목했었어요.시르미오네에서의 추억을 가장 잊지 못할거같아요
Ottimo sistemazione, spaziosa, ben rifinita e pulitissima. Tutto era perfetto ed esattamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione dei servizi offerti. Tobia è stato un host molto disponibile e reattivo. Molto comodo anche il posto auto. Super consigliato !!!
Tobia and Valentina are such friendly people! The place was wonderful and cosy and romantic, plenty of space and great bathroom. And in the cold January it was really warm. They both were respectful of our privacy and keen to help in any way. Also downstairs is the best bread bakery in Italy!
