Even though You found an obtainable reason not to allow me to even get an interview. I should let you know I'm a drug-free isolated 44-year-old man settled responsibly and independently without help without medication who's been diagnosed with schizophrenia for over 24 years. I felt the need to come in and Be part of this but I find myself more mature than some of the people who work there. My stepfather worked for this company as a nurse and highly recommended it yet I can't even get my foot in the door.

I would leave 0 if I could. It’s deeply concerning to leave a loved one in this facility. My daughter’s experience here was nothing short of horrendous. The treatment she received from the majority of staff members was abysmal. However, amidst the chaos, Nurse Gwen and Khalia stood out as compassionate and attentive caregivers. The techs Amanda, Kelsi, and Jared provided some solace with their exceptional care. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere of the hospital feels more akin to a prison, where individuals are seemingly treated as commodities for insurance profit rather than receiving genuine help. It’s disheartening to witness patients leaving in worse condition than when they arrived.

VERY POOR COMMUICATION ESPICALLY THE CHARGE NURSE AMY. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTER A NURSE WITH SUCH A PISS POOR ATTITUDE. I CALLED AND ASKED QUESTIONS AND I WAS MET WITH HOSTILITY EVERY TIME WE SPOKE AND THEN SHE TRIES TO TURN IRT AROUND AS IF YOUR THE PROBLEM. I WAS VERY PATIENT WITH THIS FACILTY BECAUSE I'M A NURSE AS WELL SO I UNDERSTAND HOW THINGS CAN GET SOMETIMES BUT TO BE GIVEN SUCH NASTY ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON IS BEYOND ME I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THE PATIENTS ARE TREATED BY HER AND SHES SUPPOSE TO BE THERE TO HELP AND CARE FOR THEM. SHE WILL SINGLE HANDLY RUIN YOUR COMPANY.

Never will go back here. They don’t answer the phone, even when your wife or husband call. They don’t give them any updates or just won’t answer the phone. They get into arguments with the patient and when you try calling them they don’t or won’t answer. Doctor don’t really listen let alone anyone else don’t. You say anything. They wrote down like it’s a problem. Made my anxiety worse just being there, once I was told I can go home, i made sure to leave the earliest time ! If you feel like you are going to hurt yourself or feel down. Please talk to your doctor. I do not recommend this place. I have called not that long ago to get my papers and they don’t even answer. Why work somewhere where you have to help people if you aren’t going to actually help. Mental hospital don’t help me they make everything worse. You should feel safe in your environment but there. I didn’t. If you want to go to a mental hospital, do your research first.

The most misserably uncomfortable place to be.

The staff is friendly and cares for the patients very well. They spend good amount of time with all the patients and ensure that their needs are addressed. They are committed to recovery of the patients and care for their well-being. The empathy that they show is quite comforting. Keep up the good work.

The group were relaxed, helpful, and patients where allowed to speak and ask questions rather than being ignored or silenced like other hospitals .My top Choice whenever i need inpatient help.

Did not see psychiatrist until day 3. Facility refused to give me medication guide. When I finally obtained it, I found that one medication counteract hormonal treatment, and another caused serious birth defects. I am a mid 20s female in a long term relationship. These concerns were shrugged off. I was kept after being mentally and physically stabilized by a few days, to the point that my power of attorney asked why I was still there and I was discharged within an hour. Aftercare was set up with a facility not covered by my insurance and medication was not prescribed how I was taking it at the facility nor how normally prescribed per medication guide. When I called for clarification, I was told that I would get a call back. It's been over a week. Techs and food was awesome, but if you want to get better and be involved, this is not the facility.
