Terrible experience. was hired as a housekeeping supervisor went through orientation..here they speak of core values and integrity is one of them but that does not follow through to the actually postion or there business practices...i worked 3 days and on my 3rd day i inspected a room that had bed bugs. the room was apart and completely covered in pesticed bed walls furniture and floor i found a young man cleaning the room with no ppe and i told him it was unsafe. i informed my manager charli that an illegal pesticed application had been done in this room and it was unsafe for guest and staff i asked for a service ticket so i could investigate this major issue further...sge said she has tried and tried thats just the way it is ...mr patel hotel director is more worried about soap he has ordered in California than the daily operations of this hotel...the whole day this happened all he talked about orange soap and got on to the managers below him. his priorities are not on track. i resigned after this and sent a long text to my boss Charli and Kathy in hr big surprise no response from anyone. terrible experience..i returned my keys and badge. i was an ipm manager for 20 years and what i saw was worse than anything in my 20 years of service. not safe for guest or staff.Mr Patel please check your ego and focus on daily operations. not safe not safe not safe

The hotel front desk clerks are rude. I simply asked if there was an area outside to sit and have a drink and hang out. He snapped at me and said no the pools closed.
The room’s peel and stick flooring was coming up and had water under it. The shower had mold along the bottom and in the corners. There are nicer accommodations in the area, especially for what they charge.
Update: “Somehow” my deposit was refunded back to my checking account and then charged again after my stay. Now I have to wait another 5 days to see if it gets refunded again. This place has serious issues with their hotel staff. Find another hotel if you’re staying in Lawton.
Beware of credit card being hacked. My card number was stolen and used twice in the same day at the 360 restaurant. Only person who would talk to me was the shift leader and he said I was about the 40th person who has called about card fraud. He offered to try and get me a food comp if I could produce receipts for the charges. How do you show a receipt if you were not there to charge the card. I’ve emailed Apache over 2 weeks ago and still no reply back. Big hassle to get charges resolved and getting a new card. Probably won’t stay there again even though we stayed there many times in the past.
The room was very nice and the price was amazing 🤩 the staff were very nice, friendly and professional!! Only 2 small complaints... There were A LOT of slot machines down and it's not that big of a casino also the other guests on our floor were not courteous of others bc there were slamming doors off and on until 3:30 am ... But we will definitely try it again!!
