Old chimney taken down, new chimney built, new flat roof (GU22) Excellent communications, really good advice with various options provided, workmanship and staff were excellent

Re-concreting tiles, leak fixing and other small issues (KT15) AP Benson again did a very good job for me as in 2021. Sorted my leaking roof out and a couple of other minor issues. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, did the job within the estimated timescale and price and cleared away any debris. Obviously very busy currently so you may have to wait, but thats usually a good sign

Chimney rebuild x2 (KT21) We are very happy with the work that has been done. Our chimneys were rebuilt to look as they were when they were first put up in 1905! Good matching to brickwork and mortar.

Replacing five cracked valley tiles. (GU6) Made a preliminary survey of work required. Kept good time in carrying out work

Extension roof re-tile and clean (GU14) We found a small leak in our extension roof with water coming down the inside walls. Contacted Bensons via Checkatrade. Paul came out very quickly, established the cause was underfelt rotted, and moss on roof tiles accumulating water. Quoted for removing tiles, fitting new felt and battens and new insulation. Quote accepted, work undertaken. Workers arrived on time and toiled through a very hot day. Site was left spotless and tidy at the end. A superb job, and I would thoroughly reccomend A.P Benson for future works.

Roof lead valley replacement (GU22) Good solid work in good time, friendly staff, reliable service. We always appoint these contractors because we can rely on their good service.

Felting and waterproof membrane, relay old tiles, eaves insulation, fascia and soffits (GU7) A reliable and professional company. Paul was efficient and clear about the work that would be done. His team did great workmanship and kept the site tidy after each day. They were courteous, worked hard and were able to complete the job earlier than planned. Very happy with the result.

Removal of chimney (GU22) Received an on-site quote quickly, and could accommodate my required time-scales. The work was completed quickly and efficiently - it was all over before I knew it. Looking at the roof, you could hardly tell there had been a chimney there. Several months later, I can vouch for the workmanship as have had no issues with any leaks afterwards. I have had several trades doing work to my house recently, of all of them, this was one of the best/smoothest.
