Removal of chimney (GU22)
Received an on-site quote quickly, and could accommodate my required time-scales. The work was completed quickly and efficiently - it was all over before I knew it. Looking at the roof, you could hardly tell there had been a chimney there. Several months later, I can vouch for the workmanship as have had no issues with any leaks afterwards. I have had several trades doing work to my house recently, of all of them, this was one of the best/smoothest.

Replacement Flat Roof to Warehouse (GU1)
Superb job completed in just 3 days. Complete new roof, insulation, fascia boards, drip edgings/up stands, new lead flashings and new guttering. Clean and tidy job done without any issues at all, the installers were so polite and helpful. The finished roof looks amazing. So from quote to completion of the works everything was done very professionally. I would highly recommend A P Benson Roofing and Building.

Similar to another review here. AP Benson came out to quote for slate roof that needed retiling, all gutters cleared out and cowls put on top of the chimneys of the main roof. Seemed like a nice guy when he was here having a look, said it was all fine and will get a full quote over to me shortly. Then heard nothing for a few days so I've instructed another firm to do the job. I understand if they're busy or don't want the job but be upfront about if that's the case. Be interesting to see if like the other review if they get in touch when it suits them....

Thank you for your feedback. As you know it was unprecedented freezing weather (ice and heavy rain) and our usual quote turnaround was a week but we were inundated with enquiries and our free no obligation quotes were taking a little bit longer, but we are glad you have found another roofer who wasn’t so busy at that time.

Gutter Work (GU1)
Supply and fit new eaves trays, new Deepflow guttering to replace existing old leaking guttering. This essential emergency work was carried out quickly and efficiently. I would not consider using any other roofing company as AP Benson Ltd always completes all work promptly and to such a high standard.

Thorough assessment before estimate which arrived quickly and work started soon after. Came as promised and worked hard to finish the job as also promised. A couple of bits missing but they improvised and were back the following week to finish. Good value, hard workers, delivered as promised and I’m really pleased.
