Don’t use this company for an insurance claim (or their affiliate, 1-800-Packout). Our house burnt down and they were on the scene that night and we thought were being helpful but turns out we were getting taken advantage of in every direction by them.
Their employees that do the actual work are nice but the owner, who I met with many times over the initial phases of restoring the house, was unprofessional and pushy, using all kinds of shady sales tactics to try to scare me into choosing them (and getting really upset when I wanted to even get multiple estimates). Before we realized who we were dealing with, we hired them for the demo and debri removal. Owner quoted us around $30k then gave us a bill for $65k…with no more work being done than originally agreed upon and no reasoning behind it. Simply trying to take advantage of that it’s an insurance claim (which does not mean you have an endless supply of cash btw).
Their other company, 1-800-Packout, that they encourage you to use for cleaning your items is just as shady. Quoted us one price at the beginning, then will not respond to emails and phone calls to check on items for months, then bumps up the bill without communicating or transparency. The amount they quoted us for cleaning the items is more than it would cost to replace them brand new so not worth it (and you may never get them back anyway because they won’t answer any communication).
Just stay away from any company AnyWeather is affiliated with is my recommendation, it seems they are all money scammers.

We came home from vacation to find a pipe had burst while we were gone. We got a hold of AnyWeather on a Saturday night and spoke to their mitigation leader. He walked me through the next steps and by Sunday morning we had a crew here setting up fans, dehumidifiers, and assessing the extent of the damage.
AnyWeather handled all of the details as it related to filing an insurance claim. They thoroughly understand the insurance industry and speak their language. The insurance company used the AnyWeather reports as the basis for our coverage.
After the mitigation team cleaned up the damages, the structure team made a plan to replace all of the damaged items and areas of our home to get us back to normal.
Everyone we worked with on this project was professional and knowledgeable. Especially as it related to dealing with the insurance company.
We have recommended AnyWeather to friends and neighbors already and they will definitely be our first call the next time we have an emergency like this.

STAY AWAY FROM ANYWEATHER!!! My house caught on fire late November of 2021 and it took them a year to put my family back in our home in December of 2022. Not only that, they max out my policy just to pocket most of the money and not fix up my house correctly and hire sub contractors to do a poor job. I took plenty of pictures as proof to show I'm not lying about my review. Poor communication, they kept pulling their crew from my house because they had other jobs so their not a company that can handle a big job, they'll just hire a subcontractor to take their place and have you in question if it was a quality job done. Again, stay away from them. Save yourself the headache and the possibility of being scammed on your job that you're paying money for it to be done correctly.

AnyWeather took over mid project after I had made a decision to get a 2nd opinion. After I had been given professional advice my home was dry by another company, AnyWeather came out for rebuild and took the extra step to meter it and found moisture in the home. AnyWeather saved my home from future structural damage by being very thorough and properly drying it. They have been very communicative during the entire process. The teams work together, as this is a dynamic process that requires a lot of cooperation between all parties (me, them, insurance, etc). AnyWeather has provided that continuously throughout my experience working with them. I highly recommend AnyWeather if you have an unfortunate circumstance like a flood or a fire. Lamar, his brother, Anthony, and Brandon-They have been the team that has put my frustrations at ease.

Recently used AnyWeather Restoration after the subzero wind chills in December of 2022 caused a pipe to bust in my home while we were out of town. They removed the carpet and some drywall and after a week of going back and forth with the owner, they removed the rest of the affected areas. They had an electrician come out and evaluate my electrical panel, who stated that it was fine. After weeks of asking for them to have an electrician come reevaluate my electrical panel due to rust and corrosion appearing on the breakers, they never sent anyone out. Also, while they were estimating for the repairs, they stated that they would come out before the estimate was finalized and go over everything to make sure it was all correct. They finalized the estimate without going over it with us, and stated reviewing it is not normally how they operate. They ended up leaving off of the estimate our front door, as well as carpet and padding for our finished basement. After approximately 5 or 6 weeks of not hearing anything, we called the person we thought we were supposed to be working with, he informed us that we were in contact with the wrong person. When I asked if i could have the number of the person we were supposed to be in contact with, he refused to give me their number. After stating our displeasure of the lack of communication on their part, we received a very rude and arrogant phone call from the person we were "supposed" to be working with, stating that they could no longer work with us, and they felt like they could not make us happy. After the very rude phone call we cut ties with this company. After hiring a new contractor, they came to reevaluate my electrical panel like I had been asking AnyWeather to do, and found copious amounts of water still in my electrical panel and electrical breakers, 3 months after AnyWeather stated my electrical panel was okay to use. Wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend this company.

No one likes to think about the damage which can occur as the result of a severe storm, fire, or water pipe break. But should such an event ever take place in your home, AnyWeather Restoration is definitely the company to call. My initial call to AnyWeather was personally answered long after normal business hours. Shortly thereafter, Project Manager Anthony was at my condominium to take photographs, assess the damage, and schedule a demolition crew to remove drywall and a hardwood floor destroyed as the result of a broken water pipe. The crew arrived promptly each of four consecutive mornings and took meticulous care of not only my condo and its furnishings, but of the building in which it is located, placing protective floor mats from the front entrance through the foyer and down the hallway to my unit. One evening the supervisor (Glenn) remained in my condo long after the crew had left for the day explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Completion of the restoration is now in the hands of Project Manager Kevin, another truly professional, courteous, and responsive individual who has assumed the burden of communicating and negotiating with my insurance company. If ever a company has provided Five Star quality and service, it is AnyWeather Restoration!

STAY AWAY FROM ANYWEATHER. They are currently trying to scam (unfortunately us) people effected by bursting pipes due to late December’s extremely cold weather. We only asked for a quote despite the area where our pipe burst being completely dry and despite that I had my own dehumidifier and fans running. They insisted on leaving theirs for a “few days.” I never used them and the few days turned into 10. I asked them on 3 different occasions before, during and after they picked them up if we would be charged for this they repeatedly said no. We never received a quote but we did get a bill for $1000 for “water mitigation.” The bill has no work date since there was zero work done. They literally left dehumidifiers in my home and left. It was sent on 1/21/23 with a due date of 1/18/23. All the information they collected they said was to be turned over and was for the insurance company only. Our insurance company was never contacted by AnyWeather. They clearly knew what they were doing with their repeated lies and this clearly is fraudulent

Lamar and Moni are a hard working couple who came into our home and did a tremendous clean-up job after a pipe broke on Christmas day. AnyWeather got this team to us within 4 days of the burst pipe, amid the high number of incidents that weekend. They were able to complete the job within a week, coming in daily to do a moisture check. More importantly, this team paid close attention to our pets, making sure none of our cats got into the wall or out the door!
AnyWeather gets our vote....every time!

We highly recommend Zach at AnyWeather! Over the summer, our roof and gutters sustained damage from a storm that brought tornadoes to the Ohio Valley. Zach came out and throughly inspected our roof, took pictures and gave me a detailed explanation and to why we needed a full replacement. Insurance did not want to comply and Zach went above and beyond for months to help us get the roof we needed! Constantly taking calls, emails, and reaching out to the county residence inspector to get the proper documentation. After the insurance company agreed to replace, he was kind enough to bring me multiple samples to chose from. Pleasure to work with!

We had a very positive experience working with Kevin, Brian, Rachel, and the rest of the crew at AnyWeather Restoration. During a difficult time after a house fire, AnyWeather worked patiently and did an excellent job. We are especially happy with the replacement of our stair rails and banisters, our fully restored antique pine floors, paint to our exact specifications, light fixtures to our exact specifications, and the treatment of the antique brick. I would very much recommend this company to anyone needing restoration after a fire or natural disaster. They are especially knowledgeable about historic town homes in the local area!

Wayne and the crew from AnyWeather are outstanding. We had a sump pump fail flooding my entire finished basement. Anyweather came out on a Saturday less than 12 hours from my call. They were very professional and helped me through the entire process. Could not have been happier with their service.
