Dishonest and unreliable service Their service is highly disappointing. They overcharge and exploit insurance claims, which feels dishonest and untrustworthy. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Do your research and avoid potential headaches with such unprofessional practices.

I am extremely torn with my rating, as the first project manager we had dropped the ball numerous times. After a long process with talking to our insurance company after our flood, we were assigned a new Project manager Mark! He is no BS! Got everything done, quick and efficiently! Understood our family struggles and was beyond empathetic to getting the job done! Mark gets 5+ stars in my book, however the company itself should have hired him years ago. I also hope they replaced their mitigation team as OSHA was called during that process by one of their own employees and construction was stopped for a month when this all started nearly a year and a half ago.

I like to thank Bob the estimator for explaining what needed to be replaced from the water damage. Also Mark the project manager and his crew. Mark kept me inform. The crew worked and knew what needed to be done. Everybody was courteous and if I had a questions and left a message I would a call back. Again Bob and Mark thank you.

The workmen did a very good job restoring my garage from a water leak from the upper condo. Contractor Mark Shaneyfelt was very helpful on what I needed, A very nice person. The job was done in a quite timing. The workers were there when they said they would be and called when plans changed.
