Worst! Do not trust this company!!!
Do NOT book this company for any type of cleaning.
I paid over $700 for a deep cleaning. Nothing was done properly not even a basic or surface clean was done.
I voiced my concerns and tried to get refunded or get the cleaning actually done properly. They offered to send back the same cleaners!!! Three people who were very nice and pleasant but don't know how to clean at all. I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not. It seems like they use some type of government funding to employ these people but they are not cleaners in any way. I could be wrong about the government funding.
These poor people cleaned for 6 hours and I assumed that after six hours they must have done a good job. I instantly saw nothing was actually clean or cleaned properly.
The lady who was supposed to deep clean the kitchen was on her phone the entire 6 hours.
I'm not talking about the things I did wrong like not emptying my fridge or cupboards, as that was my fault completely. Literally nothing was clean!!! Some things were worse.
I didn't want the same cleaners or company coming back into my home because they still couldn't clean. Why would I have them back again? I did ask if they knew what to clean or correct or if they had been trained and neither had been done by the people running the company. I also asked if these poor people would get paid again for coming out and they said no they would not.
This is wrong on every level. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. It took me over a month to write this review as I wasn't sure about leaving it, as I don't like to leave negative comments. I decided to leave the review to save other people from losing over $700 and a lot of time spent trying to get this company to be fair and help the customer. I wasted a whole day waiting for the cleaners and my house was still not clean. This whole experience is one of the worst I've experienced and it is mainly because the owners don't care and don't stand by their work.
Please do not trust this company!!! You are better off not getting your place cleaned at all rather than getting this company to clean your home or business.
First time using these guys and the carpets look great! They took their time and gave us a great quality cleaning.

Hired for a deep clean after a tenant moved out and they did a terrible job. They didn't clean under the stove or fridge in clearly visible spots, didn't clean the top of the fridge, the fridge and stove had streaks, didn't clean the floors properly. They provided a checklist but half the items on the checklist were not complete (baseboards, bathroom fan, stove, etc.). I called the company and they agreed right away that the cleaning wasn't to their standard and sent the person again a few days later. But when they returned they accused me of wanting a "free" clean and would only clean the areas I sent photos of (I only sent a handful of photos not all the areas they had missed). I still had to go back and do a full clean myself since they still missed a lot of areas. Very disappointed for the high cost and that they sell it as a deep clean for move out services. I would have expected the place to be spotless since there was no furniture or household stuff to work around and the unit is small. Do not recommend.

The proce very high, the cleaning was a regular no move in cleaning at all.
I moved in the place was already clan just need to focus on deep cleaning!!
The staff not equipped with cleaning products to remove wall stain, did not clean the chandelier or the fan , did not clean under the oven and under the fridge! Kitchen grease around the oven still there, no steaming for the carpets. I am honestly not happy and had to redo many things. Yes they stayed about 5 hours but the cleaning was regular not deep at all and so disappointing that I had to pay so much for this service, they did not use water steam or water pressure to remove grease, clean washrooms. If you need deep clean do not get this company!

I had a very good experience with the person who came to clean my oven and grill. He set expectations that he could clean it, but it wouldn’t look like new- which was fair. He did a brilliant job cleaning both our oven and grill- looks so much better than it has in years! He was also a very nice person & kind to my dogs. From here out I will be hiring them to come on an regular basis.

Any time cleaners did an amazing job for our move in clean. The team that worked on our house were diligent, thorough and efficient. The floors were so clean and the house smelt so fresh. Made moving in a lot easier. The cleaners were also very polite and professional. We recommend 100%.

worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. The cleaning was not done as invoiced, when I had to repeatedly point out areas that were left uncleaned it became exhausting and I didn’t want to work with the cleaners anymore. It’s ridiculous when you hired a service to do a job and they get annoyed when you point out that they didn’t do it. I was charged and made a payment for a deep clean and it really was only surface level cleaning. When asked the company to rectify the situation and reflect on the invoice the reflection of the actual work- they accused me for wanting free cleaning and being cheap and unappreciative. Which also doesn’t make any sense because this Sam guy was trying to send the same cleaners back when I asked for a different team - how can I be trying to get cleaners for free if you’re telling me you have a re-cleaning policy. I am pregnant and if as a customer I am expressing to the vendor I am dissatisfied instead of deflecting on me they should rectify the situation and not accuse me especially as I made the payment already. An extremely disturbing experience corresponding with the co-ordinator- Sam. I have photos to show the baseboards were not scrubbed down as invoiced, the bathroom light fixtures and corners of the rooms still had cobwebs. They missed an entire spot in an EMPTY room and they gaslit me by telling me that the onus was on me to tell them about it. To make matters worse, they dumped the carpet cleaner vacuum water in my laundry room sink and when I asked the company to send different people to fix it, they took 0 accountability and made an excuse about it being construction workers. I don’t even know where to begin with the level of unprofessionalism by this company. I now have a damaged clogged sink pipe I have to deal with. The cleaners called me and had the audacity to ask me why I can’t take gloves and unclog the sink. They asked to return and “fix the problem” but why would I want to deal with people who conduct themselves this way? Essentially, this is what happened: I paid for cleaners that made a mess, damaged my property, called me cheap and then expected me to clean after them. Why would I want to deal with any of these people? Apologies, words and lectures after horrible business conduct isn’t the way to do business. I feel like I just dealt with a company full of narcissists. Do not use this company. I just noticed someone else who left a review had a similar experience with the results - i just had an even more horrible experience with their customer service.
