Thank you to Lorraine who has done a wonderful repair job on my 85 year old Teddy. He was a much loved member of my family and when presented to Lorraine had no 'hands' or feet, nose or mouth and his growler had been non-existent for years. I collected him today and he is a new bear - he is cleaner, his arms, feet, nose and mouth have been fully restored, his 'skeleton' is well supported and ... he was returned to me wearing a waistcoat. I recently sent my own very old teddy bear to Ansdell Teddy Bear Repairs for major restoration. Cleaning, lining and re- stuffing were only part of the requirements. I was very pleased indeed with the results. Lorraine’s work was excellent whilst skilfully retaining the age and character of the teddy bear. I’ve never met Lorraine but she is a delightful person to deal with by email as she always responds promptly in a particularly engaging way. Her love of what she does is very obvious. Lorraine has worked wonders with my old ALF soft toy. The transformation is absolutely incredible. I have seen things like this done on the TV but what Lorraine has managed surpasses anything else. I am more than happy to recommend this wonderful lady. If you have a soft toy you think is beyond redemption think again! Value for money is absolutely second to none. Thanks Lorraine, ALF’s brother will be making the trip to Lytham for his makeover very soon!!

We took a 30 year old cabbage Patch doll who was a bit worse for ware to Lorraine and she has done wonders! So so happy with the restoration of this beloved doll. Couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend to anybody :)

Just picked up my teddy, he is 58 years young. He was well looked after got his head sewn back on, and I found out he had a growler, which has now been renewed, so he can talk to me. He even came home ready for Christmas with a new red ribbon. I would certainly recommend this lady to anyone that needs her help. Thanks again
