Old boy working there, well passed his sell by date. Thinks he owns the company, might be a director, no idea about modern techniques, would be surprised if he could work an abacus let alone a computer. Goes by the name of Robert or Bob, go elsewhere. They even let him answer the phone!!!! Check them out , they haven't even submitted a tax return for years.
