Just been held up by one of their coaches in Laleham. It looked like the driver was not qualified to drive a coach. Not only crawling along the middle of the road straddling the white line but virtually stopping when a car was coming in the opposite direction. I am so glad I was tuck behind it and not going towards the coach, I saw three cars almost mounting the pavement to avoid this driver. Also had to stop at every bend, turn and junction. Even had to get some workmen to guide them as the could not manoeuvre the coach without help! Absolutely appalling standard of driving.

A good time was had by all. Our driver Malcom arrived 45 mins early and was very accommodating. Customer service was good with complimentary refreshments provided. We have already booked our next day out. Thank You

Rude and agreesive driver, attitude was totally unacceptable. Mic didn't work so guide couldn't be heard so gave up. Pointless even having the guide. Wrong coach, was supposed to be 41 seater and we got a 35 seater. Luggage space too small so had to bring bags onto the coach. Not that the driver helped at all.

Before the start of a journey, we check the coaches to ensure the mic and other relevant amenities are working properly. A 35-seater was sent for your group as you mentioned from your experience your group tend to pack light, generally medium case, and hand luggage. Disappointing. We just went to Cardiff then stuck in traffic for more than 5 hours due to road closures back to London then suddenly the driver stopped in the middle of nowhere informing us that he cannot drive legally. He did not even advised us ahead. It’s already 10:33 pm we do not know what time the driver replacing him will arrive. Poor contingency plan.

Dear Dino, Thank you for your review.  We understand the inconvenience the unforeseen traffic caused to your tour with us. Unfortunately, due to legislation, driver and passenger safety, our drivers have a limit by which they must stop if reached after a period of driving. This is the same across the coaching industry. Sadly the road closures on the M4 were the cause of this. Once the driver informed the operations team ahead of time, we eventually found an emergency driver which was a difficult task due to the incident happening on a Sunday night. Both the operations and tours out-of-hours line were available at the time. The team were providing updates and assurance, as well as the driver who could only update you when the replacement driver was confirmed. Monday 10 of June 7:10 am very extremely dangerous coach driver really bad driving near hitting 3 cars drivers like this shouldn’t be on the road . Coach reg number HY68MXB this person should be fired putting lives people on coach and on lives of people on road.

Sunday, 19 May. Bourton-on-the-Water. Poor, inconsiderately stopped with engine running, gawping at mobile phone. Completely blocked the junction and entrance to a residential street where there were already obvious roadworks in place making it narrower than normal. Plenty of more suitable places to stop in that village but obviously too much for a “professional” driver. Too oblivious staring at phone to notice the hindrance he was causing, so after being beeped, nudged forward allowing people to squeeze past, then returned to staring at phone in lap - sat there for another 5 minutes completely in the way and oblivious/ignorant to everyone else.

So I'm a coach driver and I had a problem with my coach and they were more than happy to help me get it sorted eventually though I don't work at this company top class and all the guy said is we all do the same job and we should all help eachother. All our coaches have air conditioning, which is a basic but important practice when ensuring our passengers have a comfortable experience. Checks are frequently made, including before the travel assignment. Therefore, there may have been a technical issue. However, in most cases, the air conditioning is indeed on. Two scenarios often happen. Passengers requests are not known to the driver or the air conditioning was satisfactory for some passengers only. We want to apologies for any discomfort you experienced during your travel with us. I had an excellent experience with Anderson Travel. The bus was comfortable and the price was reasonable. Kudos to their driver David. Perhaps tell the driver of yh68mxb currently tailgating and flashing his headlights to people sticking to the 50mph limit on operation brock heading towards dover to learn how to drive. Sitting on the bumper of the car in front of you with your headlights on full beam makes me wonder if your driving license is written in crayon

Original bus was 1/2 late arriving to scheduled stop. Had to wait for an additional bus, tour OVERBOOKED. No communication from 1st woman tour director on wait time etc., when 2nd bus eta. Very nonchalant about the whole matter. No apology, or explanation. Professionalism of employees lacking. 👎 Would not recommend Anderson Travel.

As usual, our operations team were tracking the vehicles, and the drivers tried their best to find alternative routes so they could get to you. We understand everyone was distressed on this morning however the tour managers offered you extra time so you could spend ample time touring the English countryside. Today one of yours drivers tried to squeeze into very tight street in Richmond ,and damaged my van mirror while I was parked on pay and display bay and sitting inside He didn’t even bother to get out of the bus , when I told him what happened to sort out the problem , very rude bus driver!! When I told him that he damaged my mirror, he pretended that he didn’t see it , ignored me and drove away I have to replace my van mirror which is cost £220! It happened in Richmond, London on Thursday 30/03/2023 , around 1,40pm I have got his number plates Will definitely get him in trouble Very rude and ignorance behaviour !

We came to London from Gatwick with 51 students aged 15-16. The journey was a bit long due to traffic. The driver, Susan, left us in the middle of the street and being able to grab our bags put us in serious danger of being run over. Then we phoned her to see if we had left a backpack and she answered us rudely and hung up on us

Great service! Picked up large group from Heathrow. Prompt, patient, helpful. Our driver was Adam. He was great. One of the group left their mobile on the coach and Andy and the office team were really helpful in being there to connect with the pick up courier. Cem, the driver on return was also excellent. Couldn’t have wished for better. Thoroughly recommended!
