I contracted Anasazi Door to furnish the doors for my house which was being remodeled. I ordered all interior doors through them from trustile and had the front door custom made. The front door cost approx $10,000+. I was working with Matt Evans and Ben. The first issue i had with them was that the order kept getting pushed back. The order was placed in late 2024 and they didn't get the doors to me until several months after it was promised, which added significant cost to my project since paint and moulding had to be held for the doors to be installed. As soon as I got the doors delivered, several flush bolts were not working and the garage door did not have a lock hole bored into the door as the order sheet stated. I told Matt this several times and he said he would come by and fix the issue. Matt rarely picks up his phone and doesn't respond to emails until weeks or months later. Theres no way of contacting these guys once you have a problem. They ghost you for months. The front door I ordered has a huge crack down the middle of the panel. The door has also developed significant warping, which prevents it from opening anymore. I reached out to Matt and Ben several times. Its been months since the install has been completed and they still have not addressed the non functioning flush bolts or came back to add the extra lock bore for the garage door. My brand new house has doors that cant be used. The front door cost over $10,000 and now i cant open it. I would not recommend this company. Their workmanship is not good, they have horrible communication, and they ghost you if you have a problem. I have filed a complaint with the ROC and waiting for a response and then move forward to the next step from there. Stay away from this company.
Update: check the ROC website. Their license is suspended.
