Do Not Reccomend
Pros:Pay well for the area, beautiful offices, opportunity for growth Cons:Constant change of executive leadership and company goals, your leader won't have your back, leaders demonstrate favortism consistently, do not recognize or appreciate loyalty, questionable ethics.
Amway is the best. I've always wanted to own my own business but I've never had the capital or know-how to run a business. Here, Amway takes care of all of the stuff I don't want to deal with like manufacturing and shipping, and all I have to do if focus on building relationship with clients and sharing this same business opportunity I have with someone else. The compensation plan just makes sense and I'm so grateful for the plan structure that allows me to buy back my time by creating ongoing income. The fact that they've been around for so long and remain privately owned AND debt-free? I mean, c'mon how many other Fortune 500 companies can say that? I know they're going to be around for a long time so I feel safe saying that this is my retirement plan. I have met the most hard-working, growth-oriented, ambitious people through this business and the best part is that you don't make any real money unless you help others succeed so you're literally incentivized to help people. The products are awesome, the culture is wonderful and I feel proud to work with a company that is changing the way people look at multilevel marketing. There is so much potential in this type of business structure but so many people have been burned by shady MLMs or even actual pyramid or Ponzi schemes. I love that Amway sets the standard and if someone questions me about it, I have every answer because they're the real deal. If you're going to contract with a network marketing business, Amway is the best one by FAR.

Amway is great for the quality products, customer service, and business opportunity. They are innovative in the goods they produce at competitive prices. Instead of pouring exorbitant amounts of money into advertising they invest it into making better commodities and paying out bonuses to their IBOs. It involves hard work but the business model works exactly as promised and they have never missed a bonus payment to us.
This business and the people in has enriched my life in a positive way. Its given me an opportunity to grow myself and use my ambition to accomplish something for myself and my family. It is the most logical business plan Ive ever seen and people can use it for small personal goals or large depending on their needs. I think thats special. The lack of risk makes it an even playing field for people to accomplish their goals without fear of loss.
Top-tier customer service. Amazing products. Innovative and accountable. They are a phenomenal business partner with years of experience and legacy. They have an incredible history, but more importantly, they are focused on the future and how to make the business easy for the brand's newest person. So thankful!

I Miss Amway
I had a perfect experience working at the Southeast Distribution Center. The life/work balance was perfect. Up until the day we were laid off and the warehouse shut down, the Southeast center was amazing. It felt like a family. The pay was great as well. The offer to cross train with incentives and bonuses was a plus as well. We had a company store that provided so much for us for very little money! I have moved on and working elsewhere BUT if they called today to open in the Southeast again I would be willing to run to the opportunity!
