If you are seriously searching for a refinance or mortgage of any type, be ready when you provide your info and push the button. After a short visit with the screener the process began. ******(loan officer), ******** (manager), and ****** (processor) were relentless in their efforts to help us achieve our goals, which were successfully completed. All of our questions and concerns were swiftly addressed. We chose to utilize a local title company and closing was seamless. I would highly recommend this crew if you are in need of any Mortgage services.

They lied about everything took 6 months trying to get approved took my money lied about my wife wanting ****** and said the loan was denied called wife and she said she never said that and they r not trying to give my money back and trying to send me to customer service for my money. Found out I wasnt approved on Wednesday but they knew before all this that I wasnt approved and keep procrastinating until the appraisal came in which was a thousand more than what it was appraised for months before which is ironic and that my wife had it appraised and I told them that. Very bad customer service and wouldnt recommend them to anyone

I contacted them about getting a HELOC and actually talked to a decent broker. But I haven't decided whether to apply for one, and told the broker that on January 2. Even so, their call center has called me three times today including two times after I told them to take me off their list.

Heloc nightmare Was told I didn't need an appraisal and then I had to have an appraisal. Funding wasn't quickly! They say the process will take a short time and then it was just like refinancing with all the paperwork they wanted. Fees I wasn't expecting and then a lower mortgage rate than I wanted for a debt consolidation!!

Don't recommend unless you enjoy sales If you enjoy sales it can be a really good job but just not for me. Not much stability unless you are a loan officer. Management is decent and are willing to work with you on schedule for the most part but again just not for me

Paid $500 to lock in the deal and after that, it was an act of ******** to get ahold of anyone by phone and email, as well as text message. It took calling management and leaving voicemail for our mortgage broker to even get back with us. Was told that everything looked good for approval and even got a closing date but later on they said I was disqualified and will not refund our money.

Outrageous closing costs and processes The process was super complicated and frustrating. I did get the loan after weeks of back and forth, but I was using it to pay off debts and they sent me checks made out to the debtor for the wrong amounts and I had to MAIL them with my account information and name written on the check. This is the most insecure and tedious way to do this, and I would not do it again. The closing fee was over $6,000 dollars for a small loan on my house. This is definitely a sub-par lender with outrageous fees. Stay away from them.

Worst of the Worst Worst company. Waste of time and money. Got approved, paid $500 for the interest rate locked, signed the contract, and after a month of providing every single piece of information they asked for, they reversed everything and walked out the contract. On top of everything they won’t refund your $500.
