Raquel walked me through getting lenses that are much thinner than the normal plastic because of my prescription, and I absolutely love my new glasses I just picked up! Lynn also repaired a pair of glasses for me that lost a screw from my last prescription.I got from here very much appreciated! All around awesome team
Jay was fantastic, super friendly super knowledgeable and I do not at all blame her for this situation, but this has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth for the amount of money we spent. Came in for an exam ended up doing a contact exam because I wear both. At the time of appointment however I was there for frames. With no insurance and paying out of pocket any amount of “deals” was what we were going for. Advertisement says the cost of exam is free if you buy two pair of frames. Which we did. However they said “no you had a contact exam that is not included”… seems odd like you can’t just add the cost of the machine that does the “contacts”? I picked out a pair of “designer” frames at first they were only $116. Just that one pair. Jay did her job well, at her recommendation we ended up picking two of the $89 frames and upgraded them both to have the thinner lenses, scratch proof etc. cost ended up being over $500 for two pair of glasses. We paid… I wait until they are in. I go to pick them up and find that two of the exact same frames were ordered. Not what I picked out. We go back through get the different frames and am told they will put the lenses in the different frames, another two weeks go by and I call to find out they have still not ordered the other glasses and it looks like someone “deleted” the notes and order and there is no record in my file of any of this. So now I am to hope they order the right frames for what is the third time I’ve been told they are being ordered. Over $500 is A LOT of money. We paid up front for these items and over a month to get them seems a little excessive. Just not overall pleased with how this expensive transaction has been handled.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I’ve been coming here for years and every time I come in everyone is so friendly. I’ve never had any problems until this last visit which was a very minor hiccup due to me being picky on my glasses. Everyone there went above and beyond to help and make everything right. The doctors here are also great and answer every question you have. Definitely recommend for easy affordable eye glasses.
My husband has been waiting over 2+ weeks and they just keep saying wait another week. If anyone needs glasses to see to drive, read or anything super important then look elsewhere. They promise to “ check” and call back but never do. Waste of time and money

Really really bad Service at the front desk. The young lady who is sitting at front desk treated me like no patient, disrespectful to customer, slammed the door. She has to know how to treat the customers. I felt like , i had been treated racism. All other staffs are very nice.

The ladies that run the front and work as techs did great. They worked with me when the glasses were out of focus and seemed to know what needed to be done. The issue was with the doctor. Instead of listening to the ladies that had worked with me and changing lens types he just changed the prescription, even though myself and others told him the prescription was fine. I ended up returning the glasses for a refund and buying my own for less than half the price online.

Usually go to Avon location but after several visits and even more employees trying I was NOT happy with my adjustment. Decided to try Greenwood location and soooo glad I did! Haley was so awesome and did in 5 mins what so many others couldn't at Avon! Glasses have never fit better and its all thanks to Haley.
Really bad service. I regret doing business here. Appointment felt very rushed, I got a new prescription here and when it was time to pick up glasses and contacts didn’t come in together had to go twice. When I got my glasses they just hand them to you no cloth or spray either , and with contacts I haven’t had any in YEARS! They didn’t care to ask if I needed help, how long each pair last. They don’t offer you any solution or contacts case. Nothing! Both lady’s in there literally just rushed me out the door and very rude and short. Just any explanation at all would have been nice. I Regret coming here.

I’ve tried repeatedly to call and get a doctor call back after my initial exam. They pushed me into their house brand contact for trials. Told me I could have them order acuvue if I wanted to try them also, since it was different from normal Contacts. I’ve tried to call repeatedly to have them order the acuvue for me or at least re issue trials in house brand. I wore the trials for 2 weeks and tried to get the acuvue to test before ordering a year supply. I’ve called and left multiple messages for my doctor to call me back. Weeks later, no call back, no acuvue trials ordered, no house brand contacts re issued. I’ve been wearing my old glasses for over a month with no contacts able to wear. At my wits end with the lack of communication and the blatant disregard for patient care. I’m taking my business back to eyeglass world and happily paying the out of network rates

I’ve been patiently waiting for my contacts to arrive, it’s been over one week since the estimated arrival. When I called in the morning on Thursday, the gentleman on the phone said that he wasn’t sure where they were and that he would contact the lab. He assured me he would call me right back with answers. Flash forward 6 hours and I call again to get an update. This time a very rude woman answers tells me that she doesn’t know who I spoke to previously and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. I understand that shipping can take time and I know customer service jobs are stressful but it’s important to show some kindness and at least act like you want to solve the issue.

Ive had to call them to find out if my glasses were in . My first pair came in over a week ago. Called them on a Monday, they said they would be in on Tuesday. Never recieved a call. Called them on Wednesday was put on hold for 5 minutes . For them to tell me their working through the shipment. They should be in . Call back later this afternoon.

The staff was very nice and welcoming and I love that everytime I come in they have my contacts available which is such a convenients for me since I always forgets and waits till I am on my last pair.
