I Spent nearly 600 on 2 pair of glasses, and 2 sets of contacts. It was less than 3 months with contacts,both right lens was deformed from day 1. Glasses with auto tent I do not recommend to people who work in construction they don't last any longer than a pair of cheap safety glasses. Regular pair with no tent and extra coat of scratch resistant hold up for about 3- 4 months.greenwood America's best. I also paid for there 3 year deal they don't honorat 1 year

Took sets of glasses & two exams. Two months waiting on contacts that I still do not have. Not a very professional atmosphere in store.

S-l-o-w service. Expect to spend an afternoon or morning. Plus the glasses have been manhandled so much they don't fit right even after adjustments. You get a cheap, clear plastic case with your new glasses!. Gone are the days of prompt service and high quality merchandise. The only good thing about my visit here was it was my LAST ONE ever. Way too much competition out there to settle for this. I'm going elsewhere next time around.

Yes bought randy Jackson designer series glasses screw rusted frames broke. Went to greenwood store asked for manager. They have no manager or assistant manager. Asked what happened to Josh the manager was was was told by employee Lynn he is Flamboyant a flamer and no longer works there. Then called corporate was on hold for over hour talked to Barbra she was no help and basically use Eyeglass world.

Not helpful. Not friendly. Can’t even open their doors on time for the people who are actually prompt and ready for their appointments. And when they do finally open the door for you, you won’t be greeted. Lets get some people who actually care about their patients in here. Got my glasses here last year but after todays visit I won’t be back. I can get better customer service at literally any other eye doctor.

I am now at the 2 week mark waiting for my new glasses, and have been informed that they are in, but have not been checked in. The best part is that they have been completed since the 8th. 9 days later and I'm still not wearing them. This will be my last time going to America's Best.

Today was a wonderful day at Americas Best eyecare! We took our granddaughter in and with testing and evaluation, found one of her eyes had a stigmatism. They updated her prescription and then it was time to choose a frame, something that usually drives me nuts! We encountered we encountered a great person (Laura) that was really wonderful and assisted her making the whole trip Perfect! Thank you America’s Best in Greenwood, Indiana. you are the Best!

Today I had an appointment, my only day off, the day was horrible, with a lot of snow and air, literally driving there was difficult, they canceled my appointment 5 minutes after the agreed time, I arrived 7 minutes late and in a very rude and They rudely told me that the doctor was a new doctor who was very delicate with appointments and that is why he has a 5-minute waiting policy, the manager looked at me with a disgusted face as if she was going to ask them for a favor (there were 2 receptionists and a woman with short hair who, due to her attitude, appeared to be the manager or as if she were the owner of the business, I went there because I have been 8 years old buying my glasses with them, in the East Washington branch (without a doubt the most kind and respectful people) I will never return to make an appointment in the greenwood area it is so stupid to cancel an appointment for 5 minutes of waiting when the paperwork was already done, the attitude of the receptionists was horrible trying to talk to each other as if we did not hear what they were saying, to A snowstorm was falling outside, everything was slippery, the cars were moving very slowly, the weather was very dangerous, and exposing myself to going to my appointment and arriving there only to be told that they canceled it 2 minutes before due to their waiting policy of 5 minutes was despicable, I will never go to another one other than the one in East Washington again

Please go here and not Moody eyes! At Moody eyes the staff isn't liscensed or certified. The glasses are cheap/overpriced and it takes months to get them! America's Best is the Best!

Horrible experience on October 22, 2022. I've been a good patient here for years; however, the doctor working on this day refused to help me when I was in a bind. I drove to another provider nearby and was helped immediately. Americas Best does not care for it's patients and, in fact, were happy to be losing a loyal customer because it meant less work for them. I feel bad for the poor workers there because even though most of them recognize that this doctor’s decision is ethically wrong, they aren't in a position to do anything about it. (I do have to add that one woman working there was completely unhelpful, but she probably just doesn't like her job). I'm just thankful that there was another provider nearby that recognized the importance of my issue and immediately helped me so that I could get by until the next available appointment. (Greenwood, IN)
