I strongly encourage you to call and ask for ****** or ***** now! Historically, Gold and Silver have remained the safest long term investment there is. And the *** is going to keep printing **** USD; it's not going to stop! So your retirement USD is going to constantly decrease in value the longer you wait. I know, it's a big decision to make. But don't sit and think about it too long! When you start pulling from your account in your retirement, you can elect to pull USD or Gold / Silver. You are not going to loose on this. I talked to American Hartford when I wanted to set up a gold ******* the time Gold was around $2000 and silver was around $21.They would not tell me the actual cost but gave me a bunch of bull. My bad, I fell for it.The final cost was $2200 for each gold coin and $39.80 for each silver ********** gold at $2700 and silver at $29.I got ripped.

DO not do business with this ********** position was eliminated in May 2021. I needed to set up a new ***. I was very nervous with the economy and COVID. I discussed with several metals dealers and settled on *** in June 2021. I explained I was within 5 years of retirement, and I wanted to protect my principal until retirement. Agent ******* ****** described process and set up transfer of my 401K to my new metals **** The next step was to purchase metals and deposit them in my selected repository. They knew this was over 90% of my life's savings. I clearly stated I was only interested in gold. I also advised I only wanted bars and no coins - closest to spot price. The transfer of funds from my 401k & set up of my new *** went very smoothly and quickly. The purchase of metals was a lengthy process and they did not involve or consult me. During this process an expert, **** *****, was introduced to my wife to convince her to follow the same strategy of moving a substantial amount of savings into gold. **** presented a model he used suggesting a 70 % gold 30% silver mix. I did not want silver, but he convinced us by offering free silver coins. Then the invoices of what was purchased for my account arrived & I was astounded to see it was mostly coins. I was very upset and wanted to call deal off. They promised to send more free silver coins. So, we left it as is. We continued to ask why our account balances were going down when gold and silver were going up. They explained it was due to the spot value and not to worry. We started trying to liquidate in Sept 2024. Several ignored and missed appointments came & went. A compliance officer **** ***** has gotten involved and is trying to help. **** ***** is no longer with AHG. ******* ****** set up my account and he is refusing to attend meetings set up by his admin with us because he is "too busy". They are now threatening charge 20% sales fee to prevent us from liquidating. Avoid AHG. Not trustworthy.

My order for gold and silver bullion is dated 11/1/2024. I told Gerard, my AHG representative, that I would be out of town and concerned that delivery might be attempted during that time. I used FedEx Delivery Manager to try to reschedule, but FedEx brought the bullion to my home anyway. They then sent it back to Torrance, California, where it has been since 12/10. Gerard is not returning my calls, his "executive assistant" is now not calling me back, and a promised email from "client services" was never sent. This company is big on talk, fails to deliver, and then avoids customer attempts to contact for delivery scheduling. I would absolutely not recommend this company and will be filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's office. Their customer avoidance is so blatant that I have to wonder if it's even a legitimate enterprise.

In 2022 I rolled $50K from my 401K to Hartford Gold (AHG). It is next to impossible to get the market value from AHG and when I finally managed to get it, they told me that my portfolio is now worth only $35K - after a year of growth for precious metals. I feel robbed and I will report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau. I decided to cut my losses and roll everything that is left back to my 401K. I will give AHG a wide berth in the future and will never, ever do business with them again.
