They are a scam. The recliner that was delivered "new" wasn't even close to what was on the floor. It was totally unusable. I can't get an exchange as all sales are final, but I have a reasonable right to expect a new recliner will st least match the quality that is on their store room floor. I'm disabled and am out the money because of unethical practices. 0 stars.
We ordered a loveseat and 2 recliners from here. We paid in full the day we ordered. Was told 2 to 3 weeks for it to come in. Heard nothing by end of 3 weeks. I stopped in at the 1 month **** and they couldn't tell me where my furniture was. Waited 2 more weeks, still nothing. We got a call on a Thursday night that it was in. Went 2 days later to pick it up and was told its not here. Manager said he had no idea who called us. Asked for a refund. They said corporate would send us our refund by the end of the week. Never came. We have been calling corporate asking where our refund is. Keep getting the run around. First it was oh it wasn't ****ed as a priority. Then we will have it to you by the end of the week. Then it was everything is behind because of the holiday. Now it's we sent that out on Nov. 14. In what world does it take 3 and a half weeks for it to get to me. I will be calling every single day until they give me my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a couch and live seat in February 2024, both couch and love seat has broken. Ive tried doing a claim and have been told by corporate theres nothing that they can do due to the bankruptcy. The manufacturer is so upset with the company that they are not willing to help the customers. Insurance ********************** has denied the claim due to it being in the manufacture warranty. Basically, in order to receive help I would have to take legal action.

PURCHASED A GE FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR MODEL#GFE26JYMFS AND GE DRYER. REFRIGERATOR DOES NOT COME ON UPON FURTHER INSPECTION CORD HAS EXPOSED COPPER WIRES WHICH IS A FIRE HAZARD AND HEALTH HAZARD TO ALL MEMBERS OF MY HOUSEHOLD, WE ARE ALL DISABLED AND MY HUSBAND AND I ARE OVER 65 AND MY ONE SON IS SEVERLY DISABLED!!! Do not make any type of purchase from this company. I purchased a living room suite in February. Well theres something wrong with one end of the couch like spring messed up or something theres a lump in it. So I stopped in and *** Ave me a copy of the contract, told me to go to American Freight website and file warranty claim so I did. It says doesnt recognize contract. So I called and after a little while the *** tells me its manufacturer warranty. Ok I understand. Its a company called Singapore Furniture company. Been calling and of course cant get ahold of anyone. So imagine that your company sells me a product that you dont back. You leave me hanging with a busted couch and Im out the money because the product you sold from your store you will not take care of. A paying customer.

I am going to put 1 stars for now. The gentleman we were dealing with before we purchased this set was amazing. The gentleman we purchased with was only trying to make a sale plus Not only that but outside smoking weed right in front of the entrance door and couldnt get his answers correctly. Nothing against weed but do that in your personal time. So them two men should not even receive a star. If AMERICAN FREIGHT will fix the issue then I will redo my review. I purchased a $2500 Reclining Couch, Reclining loveseat and the matching recliner not even 2 weeks ago here in ******************. My issue is I want to return all of it and purchase something else. I dont want my money back just want them to trade it out. Reason being is once we put it all togather the foot recliner on almost ever seat will not go done. Noticed the slide on end piece are loose. One of the arm rest does not have wooden support like all the other ones. I did not purchase their warranty because I knew they would not fix things that the warranty stated it was but there has to be some kind of return policy or something considering I bought it 2 weeks ago. The first time I purchased a couch set from them back in 2021 was great but this is unacceptable. I would appreciate if someone would get ahold of me to have this matter corrected.

I'm a 100% disappointed in American Freight!!! My original refrigerator started leaking and slowly started losing it's cool
Went to A.F. To get a GE (Which is a great appliance brand)
only to find out 2 weeks later that the "Brand New" refrigerator compressor was switched out for a China made underpowered one (according to the GE repair man).
Although I'm covered with the GE warranty parts and service "Thank you GE" I'm still without a freezer for a week. The job itself is estimated to take 2-3 hours.
So buyer beware you might be getting a nice Shell of an appliance that doesn't work or has replaced parts that are not original to the brand you depend on.
I'm not going to blame my salesperson Dalila since I'm not sure if she was aware of the parts replaced. But American freight needs to have more of a consideration to their customers and value a consumers needs that they fell short to deliver with me.

Working for this company was fun and exciting at first then it got stressful.
It's a alright company to work for but they could do way more for their employees they have long and stressful hours at times.They wanted us to pay for uniform and the way they treat manager is unfair. A reg sales rep could make more than the store manager. The manager were the ones keeping everything thing in tact. Pros: You can get promoted Cons: Long hours very stressful.
