I cannot recommend Always Pass enough. I learnt to drive with the lovely Saima, who is so kind, patient and always so helpful. A previously very anxious learner driver, Saima put me at ease right from the get go. I’ve really enjoyed my lessons, and will really miss our chats. Natalie took me out for my mock test, and again, put me at ease straight away with some great feedback to build on. An all round brilliant experience with a great driving school. Since having Saima as a driving instructor she has helped me so much, not only with my ability but confidence on the road, she isn’t just a lovely person but a brilliant instructor and I miss seeing her each week for my lessons since passing my test.

So I have been friends with Natalie for many years and when covid hit I took time to reflect on my future. Not knowing what I could do I decided to try my hand at instructing! I contacted Natalie and she was thrilled to take me on. She took me out, we had a hilarious time training. It didn’t feel like work it felt like a laugh with my mate. She’s very professional but in a kind a fun way! I was thrilled to pass my parts 1,2 and 3 all within the year. I then started to work for Natalie who has always been on hand 24/7. There were tears and frustration many times in the beginning and Natalie stops what she’s doing and comes to your aid with her help and understanding! I’ve now been fully qualified and working alongside her for almost 3 years and loving my job! With over 40 first time passes in that time. I could not have done it without her constant help. The franchise is great and I have some amazing friends and colleagues now that also trained with Natalie that we all get together for social events & work meet catch ups often where Nat will ask if we have any concerns and make sure they are delt with immediately. Then we can all chill & have a laugh!! Thanks Natalie, for the first time in over 30 years I have a job I love. It took me until my 40’s to get it but I’ll never look back!

We could not recommend Becka enough. She is an amazing instructor that helped my daughter pass her driving test first time. She was helpful, caring and flexible to accommodate our very tight schedule. We would not hesitate to use her services again for our younger daughter.

I learnt to drive with Saima from always pass. She was extremely patient and helpful. She also allowed me to make mistakes and learn from them in a stress free way.

I've just passed my driving test, first time! Despite being a little late to the game, I was lucky enough to meet and learn with Rebekah. From the offset she has been kind, patient, honest and clear. Despite my nerves she gave me the confidence to drive safely and I have loved learning to drive with her. Whilst today is a day to celebrate, I can honestly say I am going to miss our lessons. Rebekah is a wonderful instructor and anyone who gets the opportunity to learn with her is incredibly lucky.

I can’t recommend Always Pass & Saima more!! I learnt ten years ago but hated driving and was too scared to ever take my test. Fast forward ten years and after learning with Saima I passed my test first time today! My lessons have been amazing since the start and I’ll miss my weekly catch ups! Thank you for being patient and letting me practice parallel parking a crazy amount - it paid off!!

I never thought I would find the confidence in myself to believe I could drive. Before moving to always pass I even said that even if I did pass I wouldn’t drive because of the anxiety it gave me, it was just something to get ticked off and move on. After changing instructors this changed and Rebekah made me believe in myself. She’s got fantastic interpersonal skills, has the patience of a saint and is a genuinely kind and caring person. 8 months after passing I’m a confident driver and I couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you for everything.

Absolute nightmare, took our sons money let him down over 12 times for whatever reason she had. Natalie offered him a test on August 2nd and agreed to it but he needs consistent lessons which she agreed to. Since then we requested a test time and lessons to work around availability and no response but when we said we would look for another driver she replied saying this is false information.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to start lessons. I had never drove before getting in the car on my first lesson. Was always nervous but reassured and passed today. Thank you to Rebekah and Natalie
