So much for a lifetime guarantee for all the work done at our home when you’re going bankrupt!!! Does not surprise me after the horrible experience we had with project manager matt.
Alure apparently went bankrupt when their design engineer visited and created contract taking deposit in amount $14,411 and we did not hear from him or Alure since. No one word about returning deposit. No one word to whom this company went to.
Awful experience and have to hire lawyer to get money back, if possible, from former Alure.
Stay away, they filed Chapter 7 without notifiy customers that already paid a deposit. You misled my wife and me, Mr. Daniel Decesare (Sales Manager) when you came to our home and ttook our hard-earned money as a deposit for services not rendered. You will reap what you sow.
Absolutely awful experience with this company. Sales rep was arguing with us and extremely disrespectful. Wound up canceling the appointment before the consultation.

I hate to sound overly excited about the kitchen renovation project Alure did for me, but it is exactly the high level of satisfaction I feel. Over very many years
involving 3 homes, I have had 4 major home renovations including kitchens, so I have the homeowner experience of living with construction disruption to compare to. Alure far exceeded my expectations in various aspects: professionalism, knowledge, time management, courtesy, cleanliness, care for my home and applied skills.
First, I have to praise Rich Reese, the designer, who came to my house carting all the heavy samples of tiles, cabinets and quartz countertop. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, having spent almost 3 hours with me and later sending me the designs. I want to praise the demolition team ( Ryan
and Louis) who had the nasty and labor intensive work of moving appliances and removing / carting out all the existing cabinets, backsplash and whatever else from the walls. They taped plastic in
openings to other parts of my house, covered the floors with drop cloths and cleaned up before they left for the day. I want to recognize the beautiful quartz countertop fabrication with quick turnaround and so perfectly set in. A big thank you to project installation teams
(Arthur, Mike, Wilson, Izzy and David) who did all the aspects of cabinet and trim installation and tilework under the watchful eyes of Kaz, an amazingly talented, hands-on renovation specialist who can do just about anything and
everything and who also handled large appliance disconnections and connections. Finally, I want to
recognize Tim Harte, the project manager, who committed to come over every day (and really did) to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and within Alure standards, and who was quick to respond to each of my texts and phone calls. The entire project was completed in under 3 weeks, counting downtime of 4 days for fabrication and delivery of the countertop.

Absolutely would not recommend New Pro for any construction projects. Poor follow through. Did not complete the job they were paid for. Paint spills, calking, nails and cigarette butts all over my property. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for professionals.

The windows we had installed by NuPro are a great quality product! the team that showed up to install them were early and hot the job done in one day. They aren't the cheapest replacement windows out there, but you won't be replacing them in 5-10 years when cheaper alternatives fail.

I’m reposting my review. They did an excellent job on the installation however their customer service sucks. The base of the handrail got loose about a week after install. I’ve called the salesman Howard and left messages on their main line and only got promises someone would fix this. If it comes out, perfect you’re lucky but if you have a problem, don’t expect them to come and repair it in a timely manner. To me that drops their business rating down. The toilet
