Front line are amazing to deal with but the mechanics and the manager are absolutely horrible. Took my vehicle to here to get it started and $5000 later they still couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They told me to just ride it off because they didn't know what was wrong with it. If you have extra money to give away, please give it to someone who needs it and not to this company who have no clue what they are doing.
Evening shift in parts and service are very lazy and clearly dont wanna work. Very dismissal

Brought a truck from this dealership 3 months ago and have not gotten 3 days of steady work out of it. Other international dealership can’t figure it out. Have sunk an extra 8 grand and truck is still not running right. Hard lesson learned for me, but a warning for you. Oh yea it was supposed to have been a dealership maintained unit.
Customer service and part department are great but don’t your truck in Kitchener international shop.
I had so many disappointing work with this place and l have decided 2019 not to put my truck anytime even if it breaks on there doorstep.
Regardless of your mechanical situation, they will always anticipate working on the where they can make the money first, and you will be coming back thinking you have warranty for the repairs but you will be told no truck is old and the issue is different.
The last time that I had decided to quit this place was when I came for black smoke that was caused by air leak but paid injector work and come back and paid turbo sensor and and came out with abs light and city horn not working.
