Egnaldo was absolutely amazing! He asked what my concerns were and what kind of cut I wanted for Lil Moo. I told him to make him as naked as possible (Lion cut)! Upon his return of Lil Moo, he showed me a video during the entire process where Mr. Moo was oh so sweet and let him do whatever was needed. He was as gentle as can be and really made this experience as stress free as possible. 10/10 would absolutely use Egnaldo's services again.
Junior was so good with my cat - gentle, friendly, calming. I high recommend him.

Lovely woman parked right out front, I brought my very skiddish boy down to her and she was so good with him. About an hour later I went down and he looked so good and was so pleased with himself.
I will say the shampoo they used made him smell like the inside of a nana's purse, but I won't mind, he looks great.

Took care of my XL doodle, she's difficult and he won her over and she only had a bath and came out looking like she had a full haircut, she looks and feels so much better.

This is the third time I've made an attempt to book a grooming appointment and the groomer flaked. It had happened several months ago. I took it as a one-off and decided to try them again most recently. This weekend I booked for a Sunday appointment and waited for the groomer. Called the company after an hour of a no-show and nobody answered the phone. It was the next morning that I received a text saw saying that my appointment had been moved to the same time the next day without calling me, without even asking. I decided to continue with the appointment, only for the person to be a no-show again. Highly unprofessional.
And even when I was given a discount the last time, the actual groomer who came requested that I ignore the discount. It was a very weird interaction. The groomer in question, who continues to cancel the appointments, is named Tony. And the one time he was able to do the grooming service, it was mediocre, not worth the stress of the multiple cancellations that happened later.
