Tiago’s first experience with Alpha Grooming was very positive. Junior was patient, punctual, and took his time with Tiago during his first bath, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, a subsequent appointment with a different groomer was a very negative experience. The groomer seemed unprepared to work with Tiago’s anxiety, and the session ultimately had to be stopped. I scheduled another appointment with Junior five weeks in advance, but a week before the appointment, it was rescheduled to a time I couldn’t accommodate. Since then, there has been a frustrating back-and-forth, with Alpha insisting that I book with a different groomer rather than Junior, who had established a good rapport with Tiago. Given Tiago’s previous experience and the difficulty in securing an appointment with someone he is comfortable with, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I find this to be very poor customer service. After a positive initial experience, I expected more flexibility and a greater willingness to work with a returning customer, especially when the request is based on my dog’s anxiety and his need for a patient, understanding groomer. It’s disappointing that what started as an excellent experience with Junior has ended this way.

Hi Katrina, hearing that your 10 month old GSD loved his mobile dog grooming appointment with Junior made our day. That goodbye says a lot. Junior has a real gift for helping young dogs feel comfortable, calm, and happy during grooming. We’d love to see him again.

My groomer retired, I have been looking for new groomer for 7 months, I have tried at least 5 groomers. Guiller did an amazing groom, Lucy looked so cute and it took under 2 hours. I will no longer be looking for a new groomer, I will be using Alpha grooming and Guiller from now on Thank you Guiller.

We love alpha mobile grooming for our dogs. Our anxious dogs are so much more relaxed and comfortable just walking out our front door and into Marvin’s arms. They always look and smell great after their grooming sessions. We so appreciate having this service available.

They really know how to take care of my 12 year old Boxer Feebee. She gets a pedicure and a bath almost every month. Open communication if they are running late. Will definitely use them again!

This was my first time using Alpha Mobile Pet Salon. Edelmira was our groomer and she did a fabulous job on our Pembroke Welsh corgi, Rosie! Edelmira arrived on time and was very friendly. The service took about 45 minutes and Rosie came out looking and smelling great! I was very impressed by her brush out, as corgi’s have thick double coats. I will definitely use Edelmira and Alpha Mobile Pet Salon again!

Hi Jennifer, we’re so glad your first mobile dog grooming visit with Alpha Mobile Pet Salon was such a great one for Rosie. Edelmira will love this. A thorough brush out matters so much for a Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s double coat, and we’re happy Rosie left looking and smelling great.
