They did very well with Lady. Guiller showed up a few minutes early to go over what needed to be done, and got started right about on time. It was nice to be able to take care of laundry while they were taking care of Lady. Poor girl had some mats and had to be trimmed shorter, but she came back happy as ever, and is good to go for Christmas at my sister's! He even threw in the little red bow. 😊 🎀

I tried booking with Alpha Grooming Pet Salon with their mobile service and sadly their business was no good. There was no communication made before arriving and I had to wait initially for an hour and a half to even see the groomer, and he told me that the battery on his truck was very low so he wasn’t able to use the dryer. He assured me that there would be a discount and promised me that it would get done the next day same time and I was thought, “Okay it should be fine no biggie.”
However the next day comes and I’m ready with my pup and thirty minutes go by with no communication or information on the ETA. So I called the office and asked where the groomer’s whereabouts were and she insured me that she’ll have the groomer give me a call, an ETA and a call back. Another 30 minutes pass and no communication whatsoever and I call back and same thing. So I call back and she says that the truck battery had died or something and there were no other available groomers. Like if there was a known issue with your equipment you shouldn’t be making promises and continue to schedule appointments and wasting your future clients time and energy. At this point it’s been almost two hours of waiting for excuses and false promises and she finally offers a 15% discount which I declined because it’s just not worth the hassle. I’ve already wasted close to 4-5 hours for nothing.

I would do this again for my Pups. They were so happy when the groomer had finished. Also my groomer had a great attitude. Over all I give them 2 thumbs up. Its worth the money spent
