All Year cooling. New to the west coast. Not new to the east. We have been deprived here. This is a company that puts customers first. Hey ... sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. Rudy went far and beyond, without me asking to provide a service way beyond my expectations. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM. They will take care of you. Ask for Rudy. He spells it out for you and works! for you after he leaves ypur home. 5 star plus
The WORST. They installed 2 units in early July 2024 on a Saturday. One unit work. The other did not. They returned 2 days late to replace the broken 2nd unit. The second unit broken after 4 weeks. It took them 8 days, 5 techs and 4 visits to replace the broken 2nd unit. I am not living with the third unit working.
Five and a half months have pasted and no County permit for the installations. They are in breach of contract. Ron Herrera refuses to talk to me and call me back after excessive attempts to speak with him. Don't walk RUNAWAY from them. Totally incompetent and irresponsible.
Amjed from All Year Cooling is the real deal! I needed a ton of duct work done, and him and his team took care of everything! He explained what exactly what needed to be done, got it all handled quickly, and the price was way better than I expected. I shopped around, and no one else came close.
The work was solid, and you can tell they really know their stuff. If you need HVAC help, seriously, call Amjed. Can't recommend him or All Year Cooling enough.

I do air conditioning work, so I know a few things and being an AC guy, I wanted to make sure that as an AC company, All Year Cooling did what they were supposed to. I went up on the roof of my condo and found that there was something pertaining to an air conditioning process that was supposed to be done, and I know it wasn't done. We pulled the permit, so someone will have to come back out with the inspector from Dade County. They have to rectify that situation. Besides that, my interactions with the reps have been good in general.
All Year Cooling and Heating came out quickly and gave me a free estimate really fast. I had called various companies and there was some confusion. Somebody got mixed up and another one of their guy came again the next day. That was on a Saturday. As we were talking, he said they could come in on Monday. I told him I couldn't on Monday because I work during the week. He said they could install it Sunday, which was a plus for me. They also answered all my questions. The two people that came to install did a good job. It took them about 5 hours. They had to go back to the office because they wanted to pick something else up. It was a cement slab. My old air conditioner was a little bit smaller and they needed something for that. They were polite and I was satisfied. I'd recommend All Year Cooling and Heating to somebody else.
My experience with All Year Cooling was good. The guy that came by, Joe, was very attentive, knew how to answer all my questions. Gave me a better price than anybody else in the area that I had already talked to. They came in within the next day. They were already there installing and I had the AC up and running the next day. I recommended my boss use them because I had to reuse them at my house. They put in a new AC system at my house and a new AC system at my job site.

As far as I am concerned, All Year Lives up to ALL its claims. And My experience with them was perhaps not what you would call a good one. But in the end they went beyond what I thought was possible for a company in this day and age to do to prove it.
If you've read previous versions of this review, you may know some of the tale, and I see no need to restate it here. But what matters is that when the owner of the company got window of my ordeal, its was over VERY quickly. My unit was not only serviced by replaced, and my own expenses to have part of it kept running was reimbursed 100%. Promised and delivered. They keep their word and value their customers. What better endorsement can you get for a company?

I recently posted a poor review of All year Cooling. Since then, one of the managers contacted me and rectified all of my issues along with acknowledging mishandling some if not all of the issues. Not only that, they preformed some work at no cost to me for the inconvenience. We are all human and we all make mistakes. It's good to see and know that there are still people out there willing to do the right thing. Thank you to all involved with my account. One thing I feel I must say, is that at no time was any of the personal there ever nothing but professional. Even when things went sideways, they were always courteous. Thank you for your honorable actions.
Amjed from all year cooling was great in advising and helping me find the right ac for my house. I think I got a decent deal and the replacement was done the very next day which was very helpful. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and definitely recommend all year cooling for ac replacement. One downside of the service I would like to point out is the cleanup after replacement. Service staffs were good in their job except the fact they left behind the smaller waste materials in my garage. Specifically with nails that caused two flat tires before I realized it was due to nails spread all over my garage. I just hope they take note of it for future customer. Thank you Amjed and all year cooling for the service!
All Year Cooling is fortunate to have such dedicated professionals as Amjed and Everton on their team. Amjed provided the ideal solution for my home, while Everton ensured the installation was completed smoothly and flawlessly. I am grateful to have chosen All Year Cooling and would confidently choose them again in the future.

All Year Cooling is an outstanding company providing a high quality service. Ron Herrera and Joe Nicolosi were incredibly professional and a joy to work with. Joe came out to tell me exactly what unit I needed to replace my current system that was 18 years old. He was able to schedule the installation on a day convenient for me. The installers showed up as scheduled, even a bit early! Both Ron and Joe came to my house during the installation to check on the progress to make sure everything was going smoothly. The installers did a very neat job, cleaned everything up wonderfully, and left the brand new 3.5 ton Rheem system running perfectly blowing ice cold air! I highly recommend All Year Cooling!
All Year Cooling was a recommendation from somebody else who'd used them before. I needed a new AC and air duct system, and their price was good. I also call and ask them for things and customer service has been responsive. They told me one more person needed to come and follow up on something. While I'm not 100% finished with the process, so far, everything's been good, so I would recommend them.
Tommy contacted me stating he would provide a complimentary proper cleaning of the ducts. We scheduled for a Monday / had to reschedule for Tuesday. The service person (Ryan) called to confirm saying she had 2 appointments for us. Told her it was changed to Tue. Then I rec'd 1 phone call Tue a.m to confirm between 10-2 and another 5 minutes later confirming between 11-3 - when I asked why she said there are still 2 appointments! Ryan said she'd correct and they'd be here between 10-2 and would call on their way. Got a call from service tech saying he couldn't find us. When I gave him the address, he said that was not the address he was given. At this point I was so frustrated I told him to not even come. Complimentary or not, this place clearly cannot get out of their own way! What a shame they've gone downhill so much!
"Price is what you pay. Value is what you get."
- Warren Buffett
This quote should be plastered across All Year's office walls as a daily reminder of what they owe their customers. Because after my two-year ordeal with them, "value" is the last word I'd associate with their service.
Let's rewind to the day of the installation: an AC installer shows up--alone--at 9 AM, expecting me to lend a hand. Yes, I paid top dollar to moonlight as an HVAC assistant in my own home. After barely starting the job, he vanishes two hours in, leaving behind tools, trash, and unfinished work, only to return at 7:30 PM, continuing until 2 AM. Even then, he didn't bother to install the condensation drain system or clean up the mess. This wasn't an installation--it was a demolition job disguised as customer service.
The aftermath? A non-functional unit that leaked condensation so badly I couldn't even install a filter. Despite countless complaints over two years, All Year's response was a masterclass in apathy. The faulty unit deteriorated, the inside coil froze repeatedly, and I was forced to pay a local contractor $1,200 to reinstall what All Year should have done right from day one. (Shoutout to Island Breeze in SW Miami--your professionalism was a breath of fresh air, pun intended.)
A week after fixing the inside unit, the fan on the outside unit gave up. Begrudgingly, I tried to give All Year one last shot. Surprisingly, my scathing online review woke Tommy, the owner, from his two-year hibernation. Profuse apologies followed, along with promises to make things right: fix the fan, replace the outside unit, and--wait for it--reimburse me for the $1,200 I shouldn't have had to spend.
To their credit, they followed through on fixing the fan and replacing the outside unit. But the reimbursement? Radio silence. Repeated texts were met with empty promises and stalling tactics. Apparently, Tommy believes he's "done enough." Spoiler alert: he hasn't.
Bottom line? All Year finally got my AC unit working as it should have from day one--but only after two years of frustration, out-of-pocket expenses, and endless aggravation. If this is their idea of integrity and professionalism, I'd hate to see what happens when they truly drop the ball.
So, take Warren Buffett's advice: think long and hard before choosing All Year. You'll definitely pay the price--but what you'll get in value? That's a gamble I wouldn't take again.

All Year Cooling was referred by my sister-in-law and I used them for two different projects. I had the AC and the ducts done at my house. The whole thing was replaced. Then, I had an AC unit replaced at my business. The responsiveness was excellent and the techs did a great job of communicating and keeping me informed throughout the process. The rep does some tech work also, but in this particular case, he was doing the sales side of it. He was fantastic. Everyone we were in contact with, from the installers and even the woman who would call me to remind me people were coming, was very professional,
My AC is old and something was wrong with it. I kept topping it up with Freon and it would work for a month, then it starts freezing up again. I have a friend who got her AC done here by All Year and she recommended me. They were very nice when I called them about the AC and their guy, James, came out here. He looked at my AC, checked what the problem was and told me what I needed. From there, we went on into purchasing an AC and the installation was very good. So far, everything is working. The AC is running and it's cooling. I'm satisfied. The only thing that is getting me very upset and will make me give All Year Cooling a bad review is I can't get my receipt. I gave them a deposit of $1,000 and told them they didn't have to send me a receipt on the phone. People lose their phones and they can't get it back. I asked them to send me a hard copy of the receipt through the mail, but it's been three weeks, and I still can't get a hard copy. I keep calling them and they keep promising to mail it to me. I need a receipt for it and if I have to go to the office, I'll have to go down there and get it.
I had used All Year Cooling & Heating in my previous home. They were out the next day, and my problem was resolved swiftly. I hoped for a repair, but it ended up being a costly repair so I opted for a replacement. The techs explained the whole thing to me. They were very knowledgeable. I sat with them. They took out the pieces and explained what had gone wrong, so I felt confident that they were not trying to swindle me.
