We did not use them in the end so can’t comment on the service. They did however charge us £1,080 fee due to a mistake on the completion date by our solicitor which resulted in us booking the removal service with all time. The booking was last minute but the removal firm argued that they had lost business between the confirmation on Friday and me informing them of the mistake on the Monday/Tuesday the week after. Not much I could do to avoid this and was technically in contract but it seemed disproportionate to me. Put a tonne more stress on a situation which was already very stressful.

I hope you are well, I am very confused and disappointed by your review approximately 21 months after you cancelled your move within the 7 working days stated in our terms and conditions on the contract which you accepted. I must remind you that you were booked in for 2 days work, 1 days full pack and 1 day move. As you have stated in an email to us that you cancelled 5 days prior to the move date. We had every right to charge you £2388.00 which was the amount agreed by yourself however as a good will gesture we only charged you £1080.00 including VAT which as stated above was for the pack and move over 2 days.
This is less than 50% of the total cost of the move which by contractual law we would have been right to charge you. In your review you state that the booking was last minute, you accepted the contract 10 days prior to the pack date on the 11/03/2022 we sent you booking confirmation on the 11/03/2022 just over an hour after
receiving your contract agreement.
In an email from yourself to us on the 16/03/2022 you state 'It feels more like a penalty fee with me being the one having to pay for poor management by solicitors'.
As a small family run business it would be unfair for you to expect us to take a loss due to the poor management of your solicitor. We have terms and conditions to not only protect our clients but also our business.
We are very disappointed by your one star review given that at the time we acted as fairly as possible within the terms and conditions of the contract which you accepted, considering the mistake by your own admission was your solicitors and nothing to do with Alltime Removals & Storage ltd.
I would also add that we were recommended to you by friends of yours who were happy enough to recommend us to you.
I trust this clears up any misunderstandings from your review and should you wish to receive copies of all our correspondence with each other from January 2022 to 25/03/2022 we would be very happy to forward these to you.

Yesterday we used all time removals. I just wanted to say BIG THANK YOU to the 2 gents that came and done everything for us very carefully and didn’t rush and they both went the xtra mile, Big shout out to both of you we need more people like you guys on this planet. Having moved into a house that needed serious renovation, I ended up moving three times within 15 months to stay in a rental while the works were being done. Given my first experience with Alltime was brilliant, I didn’t hesitate to use them a second time. And a third. Each time, Nick and the team went over and above to ensure we received a first class service. Each team member is professional, polite and goes the extra mile. Huge thank you to Nick and the rest of the team who led such efficient removals. I would not use any other removal company. And neither should you. Yes I’m talking to you.
Nick and his team arrived early and were efficient and extremely friendly. They did everything we asked them to do and nothing was too much trouble. When arriving at the new house they once again were superb and put everything in the allocated rooms. Big thank you to All Time Removals - they came to the house & quoted for removals cost, estimated accurately how many boxes we needed, took the time to give advice on packing etc, and when they couldn’t accommodate our completion date because they had another booking, they found us an alternative removals company - great service!!

We used All Time Removals for our house move in June 2023 and could not recommend them enough. Prior to our move, Nick was really friendly, helpful and accommodating with our ever changing moving date and communications were always prompt. The materials provided for our move were of a great standard and delivered in a timely manner. On the move date Rhys, Anthony and Chris arrived perfectly on time and we couldn't believe how efficiently they loaded the vans with our belongings, ensuring they were careful with everything and were super friendly and chatty throughout. Our belongings were also loaded in to our new property so swiftly and carefully at the other end. They made the whole process really easy and really put me at ease on a pretty stressful day! I couldn't recommend them enough!
