They damaged my property when delivering and picking up. Did not tell me at the time what they done. When I informed the company I was told to fix the damage myself. No reply to a mail I had to chase them up. A week later was then told no proof the damage was done by them. Company fine to deal with when everything is fine for them but they don't want to know about it when any issues occur. Will never use again. UPDATED - Why has All Star Bounce left a reply to this review saying they will investigate whenever they have already told me (after I had to send numerous mails and even chase when you ignored one of my mails for a week) I have no proof? This reply is obviously just for show publicly, it's a different attitude when you are contacted privately with an issue. Looks like you never bothered reading the review. Or you get that many complaints for damaging property that you have forgotten about mine.

A great experience. Carrie was first class and organised everything over phone. Castle arrived well on time and gentlemen very courteous. We had this for our 4 granddaughters to amuse them at adult event. Was a 100% success and well priced. Will use again for sure. Thank you folks
