Autoship is priced higher then web pricing My recent auto ship order was $11 more then Allivets current advertised price and $30 more then a popular competitor. They would not price match when I called so I stopped future orders.

Very poor service Allivet has truly been a nightmare to deal with. I get multiple emails a day saying they cannot reach my vet for an RX, yet they have been faxed and mailed multiple times. Calls to customer service are never helpful, as they cannot see what prescriptions are on file. The last shipment I got has the incorrect dosage which was changed several months ago. I will be switching to Chewy and hopefully they will be able to handle dispensing the correct medications without the hassles I have experienced. My only regret is not switching sooner.

Unprofessional This is a very unprofessional company. They are slow at shipping meds, blame the vet for not giving RX (when they did 2 times). My vet has said she has nothing but problems with this company. At the time of writing my dogs life saving heart medication, is still being held up over 2 weeks after it was supposed to ship. I have called 2 separate times to get my dogs meds shipped and was promised they would ship next day... they have not. I will be switching pharmacies after this debacle and it's not even the first time this has happened with them.

They sent me the wrong meds and refused to correct the situation. When my vet interceded, they finally agreed to send me a return label, but never actually did it. They have now, 11 months later, said that they never actually agreed to send me a return label, even though I saved the voicemail stating that they would. This is just a scam company. They stole my money.

I haven't checked out all their prices because I only need Simparica but they have the lowest price I've seen for this medication. I'm 72 years old trying to make ends meet on my low social security income so I googled & checked lots of websites. Allivet is giving me a 15% discount because of my **********! How awesome is that?! I doubt that very many businesses would do this for someone. They care which is unusual for a business these days. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

If I could give them a zero I would. EVERY month I order the same thing for 3 dogs. EVERY month they s**** up the order and I have to call them at least once, usually more than once to fix the oder. WORST PLACE EVER

This is the worst experience I have had with any online pharmacy. I placed an order (APO-02806694) on 9/28 and mailed a prescription on 9/29 for Tic&Flea Medication. It took them a week to process my mailed prescription. Once they did, they put it on Pending Fulfillment because they needed to verify something with the vet. I called customer service 4 times and they keep telling me that the pharmacy called my vet many times and they can't get a response. This is a complete lie because I called the vet office multiple times and got someone on the line every time. Allivet customer service **** are outsourced from overseas and they simply don't care. They even told me that the pharmacy called my vet before they even received a prescription...not sure how that is possible. I finally had to cancel the whole order it does not look like they are going to ship it. My dog is 10 days overdue for his meds and I don't even have a physical prescription anymore. This is not how a pharmacy should operate, shame on you!

On 9/19/24, I ordered Apoquil for my dog. Certain discounts were applied and I was charged $48.24. The order never came and I made numerous calls with consoling responses, like it's on its way. Over and over. Finally, after several, too many days, a store representative said it had never been processed for shipment and he overnighted the prescription to me, free of any charges.On 9/30/24, another charge appeared on my credit card for the replacement shipment, $84.90. At 10:55 a.m., this date, I called Allivet, talking to a person that would not credit the $84.90 extra charges. I received only one prescription, not two and was charged for an extra prescription. I have used Allivet for many years. All I want is the refund for the $84.90 over charge. They are refusing.

Every month, they "lose" our prescription. They contacted our vet, and we had to get another prescription. No one knows what happens to the prescription. They are happy to charge my card but do not provide the medication. We call and talk to them monthly, yet they blame it on the vet. I have mailed the prescription. They have the worst customer service and claim they don't keep the prescriptions once they are entered so they can be looked back at for reference. Shouldn't there be a paper trail of the written prescription? They have no way of checking. No one can find the paperwork. Then, if you get upset, they say they will ship it expedited, but it never ships and is not expedited. It's all lies! Everything is a lie!

Don't Do It Day 4 after submitting a prescription for my dog and I had to actually resend it for the fourth time. Customer service is so terrible I had to employ relaxation techniques to maintain. I sent the medical record and my copy of the prescription. Told me they couldn't accept that. I forwarded the email containing the prescription from vetster. They told me they couldn't accept that. I got on the f'n phone with vetster and MADE THEM FAX THE SCRIP. I email to verify she got it and she says "the pharmacy is actually closed so I have no way of verifying if we got it or not"

My order has been in process to ship for 8 days and Allivet has not contacted Arden vet hospital to have order approved with the negative heartworm test. Contacted to cancel order and was told NO because the order SHOWS in process. And again, they havent even contacted the vet??First and last time I will EVER order from Allivet Could be a scam!!

I stopped autoship for my dogs simprica trio. The following day I get a email Welcome to Allivet.. I was in shock, the following day, I received a email saying the order is being processed, the same day I get a email saying they are trying to get a prescription from the vet. I call Allivet, and nothing has stopped autoship. This company took it upon themselves to restart the account. Do not trust them. The customer service said I will see a credit on my card the next to 5 business days, my card shouldn't have been charged if you need a prescription is opinion. *************

I had an issue with a shampoo that I bought and I had a subscription for it. My dog started to have a allergic reaction to this shampoo when I took him to the vet and $359.00 bill later my vet suggested to change his shampoo since I had a new one that I havent used yet that I received on June I call your office to get my money back and send you the new one and after the first called the customer service hang up the next one when I call back she said that because 30 days has passed no returns. Im so disappointed! I will donate this shampoo to a rescue, I wanted to order the new shampoo they send him but after all this never again and I will make to put it on line.

I dont even remember starting an autoship with them and one day, when I had a chance to review my credit card statement, (which I hadnt been doing due to credit card company going paperless and being so busy), I realized that they had been charging us for over a year, supposedly sending a product to an address we moved from over a year ago. I doubt they even sent the product and if they did, it was probably returned by the new home owners. When I tried to get a refund, they wouldnt approve it stating that we signed up for autoship. They got free money, thats all they care about.

This is a fraudulent company. I placed orders through WalmartPetRx before they shut down their operations, and it seems that this company acquired my credit card information. I have gotten charges every 6 months since my last autoship order in February 2021. That's around $130 every 6 months for the last 3 years. Have tried calling them about these unauthorized purchases, but their "escalation team" was unavailable, but they were able to offer me $25 in store credit. What a joke, cannot wait until this company goes bankrupt.

My dog continued to itch with the apoquil from ******* pet RX now Allivet for years until we recently started getting them from our vet. Immediately she stopped itching. I called Allivet and they refunded me 3 months worth of prescriptions without struggle. This shows me they know theyre selling junk! Wasted so much money and my dog was miserable for YEARS!

They save my dog It's the best pet shop if you need to buy some pharmacy for your pet. I have a dog and things happen... He is prescribed certain drugs to recover from an injury and actually this website came in handy for me. There are tons of various drugs for pets and some other accessories if you want to but them. Delivery was effortless completely. The stuff was delivered within specified timeline and I am thankful to this service for such a prompt shipping, cuz my dog really needs these drugs.

I thought I had signed up for auto ship on my order but my account showed now auto ships. Then I received an email stating my auto ship was going to ship out and I had 24 hours to modify it. I logged in once again and it showed NO auto ships. I called and received terrible customer service. They told me I had auto ships and they were shipping. I said well they are not listed on my account so how do we get that fixed so that I can see and manage my auto ships. They just kept saying they can't access customer accounts and they can modify it for me. I told them that wasn't acceptable, I should be able to login and see what I have coming and modify it myself. After getting the run around repeatedly I asked "don't you have an IT department that takes care of these types of things?" They just kept saying they can modify it for me. I don't want to call and sit on hold every time I need to know what's on my account or have something modified. I told them to cancel my order and I'll find a company who can properly maintain their website.

Hold your credit card hostage Rated 1 out of 5 stars Hold credit card hostage, out of your control and in theirs. Beware. For a long time I had a good relationship with Allivet. Then I noticed their advertised auto ship prices weren't corresponding with the amount I was being billed. I called last week and told them I had plenty of a certain RX for my dog and not to autoship that order. I was very specific about the medication. There was only one medication in the order. The rep assured me the shipment would not be sent this time. You can't stop an autoship anymore online, you have to call to get it done. This is very annoying. It is not a good business practice. It also-takes the control of my credit card that pays for the autoship in their hands. You aren't allowed to delete a credit card if you have autoships on file unless you put another credit card number in. The medication got shipped for $100. A medication I do not need. I called to complain and they did not offer to make it good. "Sorry" doesn't help my checkbook. I went into my account to end my business with this company, to stop all autoships and take my credit card off the account. Can not do it, not allowed without talking to a rep. I called and they told me they were cancelling my autoships and taking my credit card off as payment but that is not what is showing online in my account. The credit card is still there the following day and so are the auto ships. They told me on the phone that the autoships and credit card are deleted on their end, but since they already lied to me about the other matter, I don't believe them. I am contacting the attorney general for my state Monday and filing a complaint. It is my credit card and I should be able to take it off my account for payment at my convenience. It is their responsibility not to ship an order unless a credit card is on file. They are hold my credit card hostage. This may be illegal. I am going to Chewy. I always get good customer service there and have control of my account. I can guarantee these guys won't send you a condolence card if your pet dies.
