Best Price Guaranteed? NOPE
Website and company CLEARLY advertise "our price will not be beat", yet a legitimate price match to their competitor, Cheap Caribbean, was not matched. I ensured to call and work with one of their agents, who submitted the necessary documentation to have their price match dept accept. However, I was informed they wouldn't match the $200 price difference for an all inclusive vacation package. I guess that's considered false advertising? It would've been my first time using their company and was willing to switch from a big competitor. I guess that didn't matter. BEWARE!

Hi Rob, we understand you've been in contact with our Director of Customer Service regarding your price match. We appreciate your understanding and are glad to see you accepted a future travel credit due to this inconvenience. Best wishes and happy travels.
I don't know how to make a negative star but I'm telling you if you can't find somebody else to work with you're hosed. This business is about a half a clown short of a circus.
My dive group is planning a trip to Mexico and we were trying to accommodate a late added person to the trip so all we needed was to change from one king bed to a room with two beds. It took agent A. (Name withheld) at least 2 to 3 days to answer the first question and only to reveal that a rollout bed was the option. It took 2 to 3 more days to get her to actually look up what the bed situation was by looking at the hotel website and then three or four more days for her to, actually call down to the hotel to reveal that. Yes they have that option but she didn't even work on making the change to two beds.
I know this is rhetorical, but what is exactly the point of hiring a travel agency if they can't actually run down what kind of beds are in which rooms and how to get it booked or get it changed?
Obviously Agent "A" Is working from home, pretending to be a travel agent for a pretend travel company pretending to actually help travelers book an enjoyable trip.
So basically what happens is if you work with this company you're not saving any aggravation than doing the whole thing on your own.
It took the better part of three weeks to get this resolved and still we don't know if it actually is resolved until we go on our trip to Mexico.
So in the end, please consider all inclusive travel, and their Confederacy of dunces working from home in their jammies sucking you into a game of hotel roulette.
To all my veteran friends out there you all had "that" person in your unit this entire agency is "that" person.

Hi Martin, we understand your frustration and are happy to clarify what occurred. Unfortunately at most all-inclusive resorts the bedding options for each room category are either 2 double beds or 1 king bed and they are not assigned or guaranteed prior to check-in. Unlike EP hotels in the US or other islands, bedding is assigned at time of check-in based on availability, it cannot be confirmed or guaranteed prior to arrival. Aaliyah advised Brian of this hotel policy (it is out of our control) and sent the request to the hotel so they are aware it is your preference to have 2 beds in your room. Hotels try their best to accommodate each bedding request and you are more than welcome to request it again at the front desk. Thank you for your understanding.

Dont book with them dont!!!! Unproffessional , very bad customer service , this company is the worst i have ever seen in my life..i lost 2600 $ and i tried to call them they didnt answer my calls. I called from a different number they answered and they were so rude .. i hope i can have my money back ..what a shame
I highly discourage engaging with this travel agency! After booking, they notified me via email that the hotel I reserved will undergo renovation. Shockingly, they refuse to change my reservation without a fee. If you've encountered similar issues, I strongly advise reporting it to the Attorney General's office in Kentucky. Proceeded on your site to price 3 nights at Lopesan in Punta Cana with airfare April 11-14. Your price $2400 for two including non stop airfare from Miami. Then I went ot the Lopesan website $900 and Travelocity and booked airfare $1000. $500 less. WTF?? You call your email a Black Friday Sale! Please unsubscribe me immediately. Gary Cahill Naples Fl
We cancelled our trip last year using travel insurance. This year when we tried to schedule a new trip we were told that our airline credit expires on May 2, 2022. After emails and phone calls trying to discuss further (surgery scheduled end of April), we discovered that we were misled. Our email was not replied to. During the phone conversation, the representative said "Anna (supervisor) has explained everything to you. We can not change the expiration date." The representative said that it is an American Airline policy, she discouraged me from reaching out to them saying, "They are going to tell you that you have to go through us". I called American Airlines and found out that our airline travel credit of $1,372.00 does not expire until December 31, 2022. The AA representative said that travel agencies know that credits can be extended due to a global waiver extension. Based on the interaction with All Inclusive, we almost lost $1372.00 and I almost jeopardized my health by trying to reschedule a much-needed surgery. We will never recommend All Inclusive Outlet to anyone.
Absolutely the worst travel company I have ever dealt with, impossible to change anything, had emergency and had to cancel, gave unusable credit. Once you book, you will never hear from them again until 1 week before departure. They don't ever answer the phone, I stayed on hold for over 4 hours, nobody ever answered!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will loose money in the end!
It is impossible to get anyone on the phone with this company. I had credits to use toward a vacation, and unfortunately this was due to the COVID chaos last year. The company did all they could to avoid giving me my credits toward my trip. You have to speak to someone to use your credits....which I still have not spoken to a person. They claimed via email that the vacation had to be completed by a certain date, not booked by a certain date. They did not make that clear...AT ALL. Still no call back. You will be on hold for hours, leave voice messages, and still not get a call back. I was trying to BOOK a vacation, left multiple messages, and still nothing. Incredibly disappointing.
I have no issues with the booked vacation, but with the lack of communication. Yes they say allow up to a week, but they could not even live up to this even with a confirmation that they received a request. I even left a voicemail that was never answered. I can say that I did receive responses when my travel specialist was still available before her maternity leave. After she left, I received one response regarding a general question, but nothing regarding specific issues. I feel like I was forgotten and I am sure others have the same concerns. AWFUL! I cannot tell you to run away from this company fast enough. We booked a honeymoon for June 2020 pre-covid during a black friday sale in 2019..when we went to reschedule around April when we realized we were going to push back our wedding to May 2021, they told us the cost would be $2,500 more for our same package. We held out until black friday this year (2020) to try to get a deal again. WE FOUND DEALS ONLINE and asked them to book exact rooms that we already had priced out. They said they could not honor black friday deals and we wound up stuck paying nearly $1,000 more and for a lesser tier room that we could have independently booked online. Also would like to point out in the days leading up to the sales/during the sales, we left at least 3 voicemails and called (with NOBODY picking up the line) at least 15 different times. The ONLY way we could communicate was email, even when we got the manager involved and requested a phone call as it was time sensitive with black friday/cyber monday deals running a limited period of time. I see no point in using a travel agency when they subtract value from your trip...The point is there is supposed to be some extra benefit to using a travel agency, but we ended up in a lower room class and $1000 more down the pipe than we wouldve been on our own. 110% would have canceled and booked independently, but they wouldnt refund us the money we had put down as a deposit when we originally booked!! classic!
I have attempted to book a trip using this site for my best friends wedding in the Dominican and have had a very poor experience thus far. While attempting to book with an agent I have noticed that you can hardly get a hold of them! Even though they have booking options online I prefer to book with a live person especially for a trip that over 4,000 dollars (that's just me). I have called over 5 times today and my agent has been unable to get back to me. If this is reflective of how my trip will be booking through them then I am not at all satisfied.
We had some friends use this site for their wedding plans back in April 2012 and they had nothing but great things to say. We used this site for our wedding in October 2012 and had a great results. The site was easy to use and saved us about $1000 on our destination wedding. I will be using this web site again. Our total trip to an all inclusive resort for 7 days, including air fare was $3000.
We did a TON of research for our honeymoon. Once we decided that we'd like to go to Couples Swept Away in Negril, Jamaica, we were on a mission to get the lowest price. All Inclusive Outlet had the lowest price, and their customer service was awesome. They were available all the time to answer any questions we had. We were very pleased with their services and will likely be using them again in the future.
