Alligator Pools is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Aldo was here every day making sure everything was done to our satisfaction and everything was done correctly. He was happy to make any adjustments we wanted as the work was in progress and was such a pleasure to do business with. The work crew was extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. Martha was prompt in answering any of our questions and a great help. The job started and completed in the given time frame, and they cleaned everything up when they were finished! It was an absolute pleasure working with them and would highly recommend.
Their project manager Aldo and assistant installed a pool heat pump after a first visit to estimate the job. Their office kept me informed thought-out, Aldo was prompt, efficient, worked fast, and very informative and pleasant. A totally first class experience. Note that their website offers no phone numbers, you have to search the web.

Excellent ************************* Couldn't have been happier with level of communication (English speaking) and how painless the process was. I also hired them to manage a couple pool repairs and install a new pool heater as well as a salt system for our pool! We love the Diamond Brite color they recommended and will use them again for all pool service going forward. Highly recommend Alligator Pools!
Fantastic pool remodel project. The Alligator folks are great. Friendly, professional, a pleasure to deal with. Pool remodel went so smoothly. They referred me to a pool deck company, which was also fantastic, and coordinated with them to complete the entire pool deck. Pool will be ready for swimming in two more days and I can’t wait! Highly recommend these folks.

Alligator pool did an awesome job resurfacing and changing the coping around our pool. Everyone was very professional.Started pool on a Wednesday and was completed by Monday. Followed up with ensuring chemicals were balanced after pool was refilled. Highly recommend Alligator pool and their team.

Resurface a Swimming Pool
Alligator Pools is in an elite class of S. Florida contractors that start when they said they would and finished on time! Pool resurfacing, tile and coping all look great. They cleaned up very well. Special recognition to Martha in customer service. She always answered the phone and emails promptly. They have very good online quote, contract and payment service.
These people are complete scam artists. In 2020 I bought a new pool pump motor from them. Less than a year after buying it it wasn’t working properly and I had to have a service call. Then two years after having it installed it is leaking and they sent me a proposal for a completely new pool pump including a new motor. When I balked at the idea of replacing a two year old pool pump motor the woman on the phone acted like it was totally normal and said that it only has a one year warranty. At my other home I have had the same pool pump for ten years with no issue. These people are scammers and I would stay away from them. Horrible customer service and they are dishonest as well.
Just finished a wonderful remodel with Alligator. Resurfaced, new tile, removed metal steps to add swim out and added sun shelf. The work was started even before the estimated start date and was completed by a knowledgeable and experienced work crew. They were a pleasure to have at my house. Aldo was instrumental to getting this done and Martha at the office was super patient with all my questions. Thank you.
Pool cleaning is done by the same wonderful person each week. Every phone call is answered or returned promptly. Every interaction with this company has been pleasant.

Had my pool diamond brite 1 month ago. The finished product was a big disappointment . Streaks everwhere.The workers didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with them. The tile job was excellent. I thought I was dealing with Alan who is the best but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Aldo did the follow adjusting the pool chemicals and did an excellent job

Louis, we’re so sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your experience; that’s not the typical reaction we receive. Addressing the issues you raised... 1) We are certain your streaks are not due to our failure to apply the resurfacing material properly. However, should your streaks remain visible after 6 months, we’re happy to arrange for the manufacturer to visit your pool to review the situation. As previously explained to you, if there are defects in the material, you will likely be covered under the 10 YEAR WARRANTY they provide. Also, resurfacing material is composed largely of natural colored quartz which as you may appreciate, can vary in shade, color, and texture. Per the manufacturer’s website, “These variations are a featured characteristic of the “natural look” of the product, and in no way constitute a defect.” 2) A quick call, text, or email to the office or your project manager would have solved any communication problems you were having. In addition, we always ask beforehand if there are any questions, concerns, changes, or special instructions for our workers, and you never mentioned anything. Again, sorry to hear about your experience.
