Bad Customer Service
Customer service and return policies were not only awful, they are deliberately vague. I received the wrong color items. I ordered 14 T-shirt, I wanted neon green, I ordered based on the color they showed, when I got them they were dark green. I called and was told they would put in a ticket for me to return them, I was also told, I would be charged $12 to return them, I said ok... I spent $91.97. Just to also point out the shipment never came to my home they sent it to a Staples close to where I live, I had go pick them up, which I never agreed to. I then received the invoice for my refund and I could not read anything on it because the part with the price was cut off I only saw that they were refunding me forty something dollars which did not make any sense because 12 from 91 was seventy something so I reached out to them only to be told I had to reply by email so now they didn't want to deal me on the phone. I emailed and was told I have to pay the shipping for the previous order. When I spoke to the lady she never mentioned that only the $12 to return them. I will not be ordering from them in the future! They don't even deserve one star!!

There is NO RUSH SHIPPING
I paid the $29 membership plus $9.99 shipping cost and its taking 6 days to receive my shirts thinking I was paying to have my order expedited/fast shipping. I guess I was "DUKED" out of my money, plus I won't get my shirts in time to satisfy my customers request. Wish I had read the reviews because everyone is complaining about the same thing, You can only communicate with them through email, they won't even talk to you.
Poor customer service
I ordered 7 adult sublimation shirts. I received 100% polyester shirts. When I used my Sawgrass 500 sublimation printer, transfer paper and Cricut heat press the design did not transfer to the shirt. I sent pictures of the shirts and was advised that they are indeed designed for sublimation. They claim that they can be used for screen printing. Nowhere on their website does it state that. They have refused to refund my money.
Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service. I purchased five company work shirts and decided five minutes later to change the color. The quantity and style, price, everything else was the same, just the color and was told no. So, I'll return them (If they allow it, lol) and leave several one-star reviews and never shop there again.

Return Policy Is NO Returns or Exchanges
I would rate this company as Zero stars. No where on the page that you purchase the sweatshirt does it say you can’t return or exchange the item. I ordered a large and needed a medium. When I submitted the request to get a refund or exchange for a medium, the company sent an email sail the item was not eligible for an exchange or refund. So now I am stuck with 2 sweatshirts I will never wear. Do not buy from this company! I will also post this review on Google and Yelp.

Terrible customer service
They have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order with rush shipping and it’s not coming for an entire week, when the website said I’d get it the next business day. When I called them she was rude and said that they wouldn’t refund the membership fee and that it is what it is. I will never order from them again. Save your time and order from JiffyShirts. They are WAY better!

When ordering my 24 hoodies it showed I would have before Christmas. The hoodies were for a Heavenly Birthday for my brother on Christmas day. After the purchase went through and me paying express the tracking showed 26th. I had to reach out to them by text as they don't show a phone number. I then said I need to speak to someone and not by text they provided the number. Lady said I'm sorry but order has been shipped and charged. Just return when you receive.
Not the case. The return policy is certain shirts are non returnable. Pretty much all brands they have are. That is $400 they scammed us from!

Awful customer service- return policy is a joke- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Customer service and return policies were not only awful, they are predatory and deliberately vague. I received the wrong color items. I called asking what were my options to exchange for the color I wanted, and was told to put in a ticket, and customer service is “willing to work with new customers”. I received blunt email saying on sale items are not eligible for returns. A glance back at the website shows me that almost everything on the site is on sale, which would make their policy regarding easy returns FALSE! The $1.50 I saved on sweatshirts means nothing when I am stuck with $900 worth of the wrong color. I will shop elsewhere in the future. Don’t bother with this place.
