We had a possible underground storm water leak, Michael & team dropped everything and attended our house, they were very thorough and inspected every storm water down pipe with CCTV cameras and what is best is he showed me every step of the way. Professional courteous and honest. Will not use another plumber besides all clear from now on.

I recently had Michael replace 2 septic pump out tanks. The work was a 3 day job with not difficult access but not straight forward either. It involved removing old concrete tanks, and installing new tanks and pump. Michael sourced the tanks and pump, coordinated delivery of tanks , organised concrete and pumper and excavator. I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and his services. He was friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble. I also want to say Rob, the excavator contractor was also awesome too. He was friendly , diligent and worked in well with Michael . They bounced ideas of each other to solve problems. Very happy with the work. I rang Michael recently when my hot water heater failed. He was very prompt to arrive at my home to advise that I needed a new hot water heater.
