The host Jo, has been so attentive and kind, there are lots of extras that come with the apartment! Soaps and showers gels, all Simple branded products (you can see that the thoughts of any allergies were considered when starting the business), teabags, coffee, milk, it has everything you could need. There’s even a travel cot and nappies. It’s great for families!The location and the price just make it even better. So worth the money!Jo also let us keep our bags in our room until we were ready to leave Brighton as there was nobody due in the apartment on check out day, which really saved us dragging them around all day.We will definitely book again for future Brighton visits!Thank you so much Jo! Spent two nights in Jo’s apartment. It’s centrally located right by the promenade in Brighton and within walking distance of most major attractions. Jo, was very communicative and sent on very easy instructions on gaining access to the apartment and parking space. Apartment was perfect for our stay. Looks exactly like the photos and lots of little additions to make you feel at home. Would easily recommend to others.

Jo’s place was very homely and perfectly located for easy access to Brighton Pier, beach and the Lanes. It is on a busy main road but the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment which was great for minimising noise. There is also the car parking space a few minutes walk from the apartment and Jo gave very clear instructions for accessing both the car park and the apartment itself. She had included lots of nice little extras in the apartment, including shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/tea/various milks/biscuits, which allowed us to comfortably and happily settle in for the weekend without having to bring all of those things with us (very appreciated when travelling with a toddler and already having to pack lots of stuff!). We had a fantastic stay. The flat was extremely quiet, clean and modern. There were lots of little thoughtful touches that we really appreciated. The host was very communicative and easy to get hold of. All instructions were clear and easy to follow.The flat was in a fantastic location - we loved that we had a sea view! We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Loved it and will definitely return.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und mittendrin im Geschehen. Trotz Festival gegenüber erstaunlich ruhig geschlafen in sehr guten Betten. Für eine Vierköpfige Familie perfekte Größe der Unterkunft. Check in hat über gute Beschreibung und Bilder gut funktioniert. Ganz prima ist der nah gelegene gesicherte Parkplatz.Nähe zu den Lanes, Pear, Restaurants, Bubs, Einkaufen, Skatepark. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Auch der Ideale Ort für einen Ausflug mit dem Zug nach London.

Fantastic location - you couldn’t get better if you want to be close to the city amenities. Instructions were really detailed and apartment was as described and well stocked with toiletries and tea/coffee/cleaning essentials. Was clean, tidy and for an apartment it was exceptionally quiet - I don’t think I once heard another resident. Parking was a luxury and rare in Brighton and was safe and secure. Jo was very accommodating with an early check in and late check out. Bedrooms were quiet at night time and beds were comfortable. TV was good with Netflix already set-up. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Jo was super helpful. We loved the apartment. Really comfortable for all the family. Slept well as the bedrooms are on the back and have double glazing. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked. Great location for exploring Brighton on foot. Parking was such a bonus. Thanks Jo, we look forward to our next visit.
