CSMHY Laptop Battery Store sold me a 2015 battery as new in 2026 – no refund
I purchased a "new" laptop battery from CSMHY Laptop Battery Store on AliExpress in 2026, expecting to receive a new working battery.
Instead, the battery I received was manufactured in 2015, meaning the seller sent me an 11-year-old battery while advertising it as new.
Even worse, the battery does not work at all.
I contacted the seller and requested a refund, but they refused to take responsibility and did not provide a proper solution.
Selling a battery manufactured in 2015 as a "new" battery in 2026 is misleading and unacceptable.
After the seller didn't reply to my messages, AliExpress agreed to refund only 21 ILS instead of 107 ILS.

Absolutely Fraudulent – AliExpress Stole $500 and Refuses to Refund (Clear Evidence)
Absolutely a scam company. I made two purchases on AliExpress totaling roughly $500 USD for phone replacement parts (Sony Xperia). Both orders turned into a nightmare.
One order arrived with the completely wrong product and my accounts were double-charged billing. The second order was delivered to an entirely different company, different phone number, different address, and different person. DHL themselves confirmed this in emails and conversations, yet AliExpress still refuses to refund the money they stole.
Every time I contact support they play the same games: first they pretend they have no record of the issue, then when I provide all the details again they say they'll "escalate" it… and do absolutely nothing. The next day it's the exact same runaround. This has been going on for months.
Update – This is 100% deliberate fraud:
I personally spoke with the Procurement Manager of the company that actually received my package. He sent me photos of the waybill and the items delivered — heavy machinery rods and pins, not cell phone parts.
AliExpress deliberately charged me for phone parts, attached a fake waybill to another company's heavy industrial order, and then pretended they didn't know where the package went so they could keep my money. I have full tracking records, delivery confirmations from DHL, screenshots, the receiving company's documentation, pictures of the wrong items, and video evidence.
This is not a "mistake." This is organized theft.
Buyer beware – Do not do business with AliExpress. They are criminals stealing from hardworking people.
I have all the documentation and am fully prepared to go to court. If anyone else has been scammed by AliExpress in a similar way, please contact me. If you're an attorney interested in a case with overwhelming evidence, reach out. AliExpress should not be allowed to operate like this.
I will keep updating this review until they refund my $500 or this becomes a public legal matter. I have more receipts, tracking and confirmations from the logistics company's and the actual company's that did receive the items under the way bill numbers. I am willing to turn over any and all information to any legal party's interested.

Aliexpress is a scam and fraud.
Aliexpress protects unscrupulous sellers.
They made a decision that they then did not implement.
I ordered a power bank with a declared capacity of 50,000 mAh on Aliexpress. The product page had a Brand+ mark, the power bank was supposed to be Xiaomi. They sent a power bank without a brand, and the capacity was 10 times less than the declared one. The power bank case indicates a capacity of 50,000 mAh. The USB tester showed 4978 mAh. I opened a dispute, provided all the evidence.
The final decision of Aliexpress: "Full refund and return of the goods. The seller pays for the return."
I sent the goods, paid for the delivery, which the seller was then supposed to reimburse. I provided a tracking number, as required by the Aliexpress decision.
Due to customs restrictions of the transit country on the transportation of batteries, the power bank was returned to me. I fulfilled my part of the deal. I wrote to support, told everything as it is, provided all the documents. The answer came "Reimbursement of the shipping cost is possible only in the form of a coupon"
I wrote again to support to resolve the issue of reimbursement of the shipping cost in money.
The answer is always the same "Reimbursement only by coupon. You have already been issued a coupon"
I repeatedly contacted support to resolve the issue, they only gave me new case numbers, without a real resolution to the issue.

Instead of money, they issued a coupon. This is how Aliexpress "values" its customers.

UPDATE (April 16): After their public reply here, I only received another automated email refusing a cash refund and pushing the same useless coupon. Their "investigation" is a lie. They are deliberately ignoring a counterfeit product case and their own dispute ruling. I am now proceeding with a bank chargeback.
UPDATE (April 28): The AliExpress senior team continues to ignore the official decision: ''Seller pays shipping''. They ignore the fact of counterfeiting. All evidence has been provided (postal receipt, customs declaration CN23, confirmation of counterfeiting), but they refuse to return 642.67 UAH to the card. Instead of money, they impose unnecessary coupons. Complete violation of consumer rights. I am proceeding to the chargeback procedure through the bank. My bank is waiting for my instruction to start the CHARGEBACK procedure

I had an unpleasant experience with this online store. One day I visited their website and noticed that the product images were no longer visible. Instead, I was asked to provide my personal details in order to view them.
As I understand, this change appeared due to new policies, but I find it completely unacceptable and very inconvenient. As a customer, I expect to browse products freely without being pressured to share my personal information upfront. This approach feels intrusive and discouraging.
Because of this, my overall opinion of the store has become negative, and I would not recommend it until this issue is resolved

I believe I bought from XONRICH Autoradio Store, a scam shop. The Android radio they bought turned out to have different specifications. They advertised Android 14 but it turned out to be Android 9. Different apps show different amounts of remaining memory, and AIDA64 won't even start because it locks up! My radio's firmware crashed, and they promised to send me an update for two months, but they never did! I also believe AliExpress is covering for them and isn't taking any action against them. I already wrote about this in my previous post, "Aliexpress Covers Up Fraud." I don't recommend this store!

AliExpress is a protected haven for scammers. I paid 21,817 PKR for a North Edge APACHE-46 watch, but the seller—who cowardly changed their name from 'MI le Store' to 'Shop*******' to hide—shipped me a hollow, lightweight metal shell instead. Even though the shipping label lists the weight as 0.231kg (the weight of a real watch), AliExpress 'Support' ignored this clear evidence of weight fraud. They demand impossible 'Post Office Statements' just to stall and protect their thief sellers. They don't care about ethics or their customers; they only care about stealing your money. I have deleted my account and will never return. Buy from Amazon or a real store—AliExpress is a scam-mill that helps criminals rob you.

Sold phone that doesn't work and wont give full refund
I bought a phone from VipCaseStore at aliexpress for $84 and $8 shipping so $92 total and the phone stopped charging 2 days later. I had no time to return it so i went to get it fixed and it turns out the professionals at phone repair shop noticed the glue on the back case was not original from factory and confirmed it had been opened before so not a new phone. Even with a video of me opening the package first when i get it, video of the phone not charging next to a another phone that works and charges with the same charger and all uncut and showing no tricks and receipt from Smartfix the phone repair shop saying all the things i mention they only refund me $27 and say ( proof not good enough and phone still has value).
I told them i would be happy to return the phone as long as they pay for the shipment since they feel the phone has so much value and already told them it has no value for me unless i use it as a cutting board or glass holder. I had to buy a new more expensive phone in Iceland because of this and i was in a hurry for a new phone since phone towers here are going over to Volte and my old phone did not support that. They never want the phone back and always robot answer ( phone has value proof no good).
Worst of all is the aliexpress support playing with you like a piece of toy. I started to feel like they were some aliens with no feelings that get kick out of peoples anger, disappointment and frustration. Before i wrote reviews on other sites i was going back and forth at online chat and email responses for 15-20 times and it was always the same robotic answers... Online chat spoke to me like they wanted everything good for you, always mega polite and saying ( we will solve this for you) and ( no worries, we will take care of this mr valued customer) and than 1 or 2 days later its the middle finger in the email department ( phone has value and proof not good enough, enjoy your broken phone).
And week ago or more Aliexpress made them self look like nice guys saying they wanted to give me full refund and i was so suprised and happy but than they say its in form of coupon and that i have to create another account since i deleted my old one and buy something first and send them the payment method details and stuff to verify and i said no and reason for that is that i know they have been having a laugh with me and i think this is one last laugh where i create another account at a company that i hate more than anything in the world, company that has better scammer protection than buyer protection and i just do not trust them and NO i wont buy from them for a coupon... its a good deal for them not me since they get some of the coupon money when i buy. And we do another million emails back and forth and finally they say they want to give me a refund again and i accept and days later the respond and start talking about coupons again... I AM LOOSING MY MIND over this company and i hope people realize how bad this business is... look at other reviews and its always 2.2 stars and below of tens of thousands of people having a bad experience.
I have never hated a company this much, i will never see my money thats for sure... The scam wins.

Very Poor Services
All the products that I ordered from Aliexpress never came to me. Their customer services are all ran by AI and not human so every response are just all repeatable statements. They keep pushing the delivery time even further which is really annoying and frustrating. They dont give you refunds if I dont receive the items.

I purchased a set of car headlights from AliExpress When the items arrived, they were both visibly damaged and also had broken pieces inside that could be heard rattling and so were obviously unusable and not fit for purpose. I followed AliExpress policy by contacting the seller immediately, the seller initially failed to respond so I contacted AliExpress support, who advised me to wait for the seller's reply. When the seller eventually responded, they asked me to take the headlights to a "local headlight shop to have them repaired cheaply." I explained that this was not acceptable and requested to return the items. The seller then stopped responding again, so I contacted AliExpress once more. AliExpress opened a claim, reviewed the photo and video evidence I provided and agreed with my complaint. They informed me that they would issue a return label. No return label arrived, so I contacted AliExpress Customer Service again. I was told there was an issue generating the label and that I should return the package at my own cost to their UK return depot, after which I would receive a full refund including return shipping costs.
I returned the package using Parcelforce and provided AliExpress with full tracking information and proof of delivery. Despite this, AliExpress denied the refund, claiming there was "not enough evidence." I then supplied additional documentation, including proof of postage payment tracking details, and photos of the package both at my home and as shown in Parcelforce's delivery confirmation to the AliExpress UK depot in Hayes, London.
AliExpress refused my £428.00 refund even though I provided all evidence that I had returned the parcel. So they took my money and I returned the parcel back so I have nothing.

If they look into this then they will find that everything I have stated is the truth and I re-opened the complaint on their platform so many times and each time I was told that all the evidence would be looked into a again by their 'higher office' but each time they just ignored my evidence and denied the refund! Here is what they gave as a reason for refund denial:

Faulty goods returned and after a couple of months and a great deal of chasing, refunded. However, shipping costs only refunded as a voucher to be spent with a company I will never deal with again.

The above is simply not true and I gave all evidence and I still have all tracking details showing the parcel as delivered to their warehouse.

ALIEXPRESS NO LONGER SAFE
AFTER AROUND 10 YEARS ON ALIEXPRESS – NO MORE
After many years of shopping on AliExpress I no longer trust them.
AliExpress now have dreadful and unethical customer service.
In the past I was a fan of AliExpress having purchased probably tens of thousands of pounds worth of items over the years I have been purchasing items on there.
AliExpress used to be a safe place to shop and if you received an item that was sub standard it was a simple thing to raise a return and provide a suitable description and back it up with photos.
Unfortunately, more recently, I have received several items items that were definitely and clearly not as described in the written description or photographs.
Unfortunately, things have recently radically changed because descriptions and photos are now no longer enough to return a misrepresented item from a scam seller.
These days, AliExpress will often bounce back a request for a return by asking for a video of you opening the package when it arrived which is absolutely ludicrous.
If you failed to video yourself opening a package, then tough, you can't return the dodgy item – you have bought it and you are stuck with it.
Another typical response is that even then, they often come back with a response with something like it's a special or seasonal item or they still cannot determine what you mean from the info you have provided, so your return request is rejected.
Basically, THEY WILL RUN YOU RAGGED UNTIL YOU GIVE UP.
One of their other tactics is that if you have not responded to requests for more information within 24 hours, they will reject and close your claim.
This is what they will write:
“Waiting for your response
After review, your submitted material doesn't quite meet the necessary requirements. We suggest that you resubmit within 24 hours based on the suggestions, or it could affect the outcome of your dispute.”
The sneaky thing is that this message only exists on AliExpress – THEY DON'T ALERT YOU TO THIS REQUEST BY EMAIL.
Therefore, if you fail to see the message (that's what they want), they just close your return after 24 hours and you are stuck with a dodgy or defective item.
It's all very sneaky unethical behaviour. They are on the side of the scammer – not you, the buyer.
No matter how many hoops you jump through for them – you are completely wasting your time – you have been had by a scam seller and AliExpress have no interest in helping you.
Even if you do try and respond to their ongoing requests, another big obstacle they place on iPhone users is that AliExpress will not allow you to upload an iPhone video, so you then have to somehow get them converted into another format that AliExpress will allow.
If you receive a bad item – hard luck – “Customer Service” will waste your time with more and more requests until you give up.
Ten years ago AliExpress was OK.
Today it's become a hit and miss risk to buy anything on there.
If you have never shopped on AliExpress then DON'T BOTHER – it's a gamble that the goods will be as they were described in the listing and if the goods are not as described then tough – YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
ONCE ALIEXPRESS WAS OK – NOW THEY ARE VERY VERY BAD.

Returned low quality item without refund and reasons.
I bought a SSD with AliExpress, and it did not work with my system. It was taped in the drive - low quality. I returned it with AliExpress shipping label. After 4 weeks, they closed the case without any refund and reasons. Don't waste your money and time.

The seller could send you even their dirty underwear instead of the product, but AliExpress will refuse your refund or just give you a few pennies back!
Never ever trust - that seller or customer support will "solve your problem, give you a full refund, or send you a good product as a replacement"
It is always a deception and lie, in form of a "template-formal" answer.
Buying on AliExpress will only leave you disappointed, wasting your money, time, and nerves (or better not to buy on AliExpress anything more expensive and complicated than flip-flops)
I paid for a new ZX-DU99D3X8 motherboard from the Bolaze011 Store.
The seller sent me a broken, used board. In a dispute, AliExpress's decision was to refund only 20% of the money spent.
So, in essence, I bought useless junk from this marketplace instead of the product I needed.

Some refunds were rejected, and others were declined despite non-delivery. Eventually, my account was banned. While searching for help, I came across Trazevault.org. They responded to my complaint professionally and in a timely manner. The experience also reminded me of the importance of carefully researching companies before using their services.

Unacceptable Customer Experience - Misleading Delivery Guarantees
Order No. ************** was placed on 28 Dec with a promised delivery by 23 Jan. It is now 9 Feb, and the package is still missing.
Despite the delay, AliExpress rejected my refund request, stating I must wait 55 days for the "guarantee" to apply. Essentially, a one-month delivery promise is treated as a four-month commitment. It is hard to remain a trusting customer when "guarantees" are used to delay refunds rather than ensure service.
