A total disgrace! Damaged product, dishonest customer service – Closing my account for good!
I received a completely damaged item worth 345 MAD. After giving me the runaround for over a week with automated robot responses, customer service had the nerve to offer me a pathetic 67 MAD refund! The only other option? Return the item to China at my own expense for 750 MAD, which is more than double the price of the product itself! This is an absolute scam and a blatant lack of respect. Faced with such bad faith and total contempt for the buyer, I have already closed my account permanently. I will never give this site another penny. Avoid at all costs!
