Decline to refund my money after receiving the order and the cost of sending "I have been buying items from AliExpress since 2015, but my recent experience has been terrible. I placed an order on April 3rd, and delivery was delayed until May 26th. When it finally arrived, one of the items was missing. It took them two months just to process a refund for that missing item. ​Additionally, another item I bought was too big, so I requested a return. AliExpress took three weeks to process the request and told me I had to pay for return shipping out of pocket, promising they would refund both the return shipping cost and the item price. ​I shipped the item back, and tracking confirms it was delivered and received on June 13th. Despite providing proof of delivery, I am still waiting for my money. AliExpress is refusing to issue the refund, offering no valid explanation other than saying 'they are sorry' and claiming they cannot refund the costs. ​They have my returned item and my money. This is completely unacceptable. AliExpress is no longer a trustworthy platform, and buyers should beware.

Defective Product and Expensive Return Shipping I received a defective product that does not work properly. I wanted to return it, but I was asked to pay about 350 MAD for the return shipping, which is too expensive. I requested to return the product through Speedaf or receive a full refund because the product is defective, but I did not receive any real help or a proper solution. I am very disappointed with this experience

Great for the small things I feel like the initial price wow factor has declined, as it always does with any new business/seller. However, every time I open the app I find some kind of chotsky I have to order, add a few others items for free shipping, and then check my phone constantly until it all arrives. Using choice means I always get my items later than Amazon, but at a fraction of the price a week or two later. Fair trade.

It was great This is my third time buying from AliExpress and I really like that they keep me up to date on my packages and I am able to check the tracking on my purchases. The first time I ordered from them the company that was delivering failed to deliver my package on the day they were supposed to but I was able to contact them and it was delivered in 2 days.

Enjoying my time here My experience has been excellent recently. Sellers have been great, and shipments have been arriving very quickly. There was an not one incident where I didn't get the item I had ordered, but the Aliexpress automated system was extremely helpful in sorting this out. I did eventually get that item I wanted from a different seller, and for a better price. Overall, I am very impressed by the value and place orders at Aliexpress at least once per month. The coin and coupon systems make it easy (and fun) to save even more.

I love AliExpress! I have bought a lot of third party Lego sets and shirts. All of the sets I have built have been great so far. The prices have been very good and surprisingly the quality has been just about as good as the original. No need to pay the inflated prices. Also, the Customer service has been very quick and efficient in taking care of a few issues I had. The only problem has been the time it takes to get the item. Usually around 3 weeks, sometimes a bit quicker. Most of the item were shipped by the seller in a day or two, but it takes most of the time to get the items through multiple shippers and import and export customs. Not much anyone can do about that. So if you need something in a few days, it isn't going to happen.

Buyers beware. Bait & switch ads and questionable shipping can make buying challenging. I find most prices are reasonable. And product selection is vast. However, ads show the premium version of a produce at the price of the base level product and many times finding the right version is plagued with misleading displays on the product pages. And many times basic information (like product dimensions or weights) are missing or obscured. The other issue is getting the items successfully delivered. China Post is used by most and that is hit or miss, at best. Many items purchased take weeks to get to the USA and then are lost in the "last mile". Often times leading to refunds but it's the delays this ultimately causes that are the big issue.

Returning customer Over the last 7 years ive ordered hundreds of things. Most items are under $20, but some are over $500. Ive never had a problem with any seller. I've had to return less than a dozen items becaue they arrived broken or the wrong size and the return process has been easy. If you dont mind waiting for shipping on some items, i highly recommend Aliexpress.

Clothing sizes The shirts I bought all had to be labeled wrong on sizes. All of the 4X shirts I bought fit like a 1X. I wear a 2X, but ordered 4X so they'd be loose. Every damn shirt I ordered is too damn tight. Not worth what I payed because no one knows how to size a shirt.

Shopping cart shifting around I am beggaring to have more confidence in Ali Express. There is still a few things that bother me and that is the shopping cart. When there is more than 5 items in the cart that are checked off to buy I can not see them all. It only shows the first 4 items if there is 10 items checked to buy and check out there is not visual way to see what you are buying. Also I use the shopping cart as a closet. Shopping for something can be a lot of time consuming work. When you have your shopping cart items added to the cart and the next day I go back to add something else the item I added yesterday have shifted to the bottom of the cart and I have to scroll through the items to just to see if it is checked and ready to buy. This aggravates me. Items should always stay in the exact place as they are added to the cart. Shifting gives me a uneasy feeling that someone is trying to fool me are trick me. Please fix these things about the shopping cart. When an item is checked for purchased it should be moved to the top of the list automatically. Buyers feel as if the shopping cart belongs to them and no one or nothing should be messing with it but the owner.
