ALIAVA SCAM COMPANY IS A SCAM. They sent a cheaply made dress that looked nothing like the picture. I issued a refund, the company emailed a prepaid label and never processed the refund. This seems to be habitual for them. Owners are Ali Abdollahi and Ava Abdollahi and there are comments scattered on their personal social media pages of people begging for their money back. I disputed charges with my bank, hopefully, the rest of the process is smooth. DO NOT ORDER FROM ALIAVA/ALIEVA LLC!

Horrible experience!!! They sent me a dress that did not look like the photo, but I couldnt return it on their system so I emailed them. Their *** said go ahead and just write in that you want a refund not credit, and well make it happen. So, I shipped the dress back, and did what she said, but then they tell me its only for store credit, counter to what I have in email Now that they have the dress back, theyre telling me its store credit only because the item was on sale (NOT final sale) just a discount and Ive emailed with them multiple timesno resolution. Regardless of sale or not, the quality was so poor, fabric was cheap and scratchy, not at ALL what was posted in their gorgeous online photos. This place is a nightmare and a rip off and they have a TON of bad reviews on TrustPilot (2 out of 5 stars). If they cant stand by the quality of their clothing, I cant buy anything from them again or recommend anything... so why would I want a store credit. Everything online looks 1000 times better than the cheap quality that shows up on your door. :(

My item never made it to my house. After notifying Alieva, about the situation I took the proper steps to prove my item was never received. It was clear to Alieva there was a mistake on their part. Alieva failed to refund my money. Instead i was given the run around. I wouldnt make such a big deal but its an expensive dress. I would never purchase from this ************.

I absolutely loved my Alieva dress! As someone with a big bust, I have always struggled to find clothing that not only fits, but looks beautiful. ALIEVA’s size range had made me feel nothing short of beautiful. The quality, the corset back and the floral pattern of the dress all work together to create something simply beautiful. ********* J Alieva Label, has poor customer service. I ordered based on their display of beautiful dresses, but became highly disappointed by their customer service/return policy. The reason for my statement, because I purchased a grown(dress) for a gala for a December 9, 2023 event. I didn't think I had to try on the dress right away because I received the item in middle of November. I wasn't aware until week later their warehouse sent me the WRONG size(2x). When I know I specifically I REQUESTED A Large. I am no where near or close to a 2x size. I contacted Alieva Label customer service department, and was told because I forfeit my rights to return the item within 14days, I cannot be accommodated with a refund of $295. I wished reviewed their customer's reviews before i made the purchase. I would have never ordered from this company. I was terrified by all of the negative compliments customers noted on their website. Their **************** is Horrible. Some customers on their website clearly stated they would never order from this company again, some consider it a FRAUD!! Few customers STATED items (in some cases also received the wrong size) and never received their refund on the return items or in other cases never receive the item after they made the purchase.Lastly, other customers stated they made a compliment with better business beau, I am not the first and don't believe I will be the last!! There are abundance compliments on this company, please see their customer reviews. Their operation should be shout down!! I want my Refund......$$$$>>>>>MONEY BACK FROM ALIEVA LABEL IN FULL. I made an online purchase on May 6th, 2023. I purchased 2 dresses. They did not fit me and I sent them back. The company refused to give me my money back $****** , and issued me a gift certificate/voucher. I made a second purchase on June 4th ***** using the gift certificate/voucher , again the dress and pants did not fit me, and I returned them within the 15 days limit. I have asked them several times to issue me a full refund, but they are saying their policy is to issue a gift certificate in case an item on sale was purchased.I was given a gift certificate that I can't use because they don't have anything that fits me , the selection is limited to Special Event Dresses and they don't have a physical store. I've tried twice , I ordered 4 items from them and none fitted me. I had to pay for the returns , twice for a total of $40 , their clothes came in bulky boxes. They have a policy for not refunding items on sale , but I feel like I was tricked during the purchase process using a mobile phone.The first dress I clicked on was not on sale , so I didn't see the policy. I would like to get a full refund for $ ******. I also sent a letter of complain to the *************************** in **********. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered one dress. It arrived on time. The fabrics material is cheap. I ordered x-small size ( i wear size xxs-xs, i'm 5'2 and 108Ib ) but it was way to tight and entirely different from what is advertised. Their return policy was unclear. They hide the part it says sales items can not be returned. Now I do not think their dresses will fit me nor do I Iike the material. They forced me to have a store credit which I will never use. I explained to them about the hidden part of their policy. I paid $30 for delivery too. Now I have a credit store for a label that I will never buy from. Additionally they deleted my feedback on their IG account. They do not have many comments on their IG account, probably because they keep deleting them.

I spoke with the representative *** and reviewed the return policy. Since March I've been trying to get my refund for over $900, They email me and state there business department will be sending the refund, finally they sent a partial refund. I had to do a dispute with ****** and then updated Alieva and they apologized stating they would send the remainder. I then get an email that the remainder can't be sent due to the dispute that I have, so I will need to lift for the credit to go through. I went against the advice of Paypal which said companies do this and then never actually send. I reached out to Alieva and was told the refund will be credited in ***** hrs., this was on June 20th. I reach out on June 26th and they said the refund was already sent in April, (referring the partial credit) so I am going through this again to get my money. I want to worn people please do not purchase from this company they are very dishonest. This has been very stressful!

I wont ever order from this company again. I ordered based on the images they show on ********* the clothing looks very nice on the models however what was in the the package was a dress that looked like it was molded from car tires. I closed the box and sent it back to Alieva with 3-5 days. They told me I couldnt returned the dress they would not refund me my money they said only store credit. I told them I want my refund they keep sending emails which has the tone like they are sending and saying the words like blessings to me. Very unprofessional I wont order from A lie v a ever again. Those adds on ******** are misleading.

If I can rate this company zero stars thats what I would rate them, my girlfriend ordered a dress for Christmas 2022 after new years we emailed where is the dress they forgot to ship it after past 30 days upon receiving it, after January 2023 the red dress was received, my girlfriend tried it on and it was very tight at the neck and could not wear a dress that was poorly made, the materials used were very low grade, after they agreed to exchange it and us paying a shipping fee they sent the dress back and did not exchange or give us the money back, they said it was because it was worn, my girlfriend tried it on it did not fit, since they refused I filed a FTC.org claim against the company and filing a lawsuit since on line companies think they can just take peoples money and have no honor in business and quality.Stay away from this scammer company go to a department store and get a real quality dress.

I had initially given this company 1 star because they sent me the wrong item. Initially, their **************** gave me the run around. But I sent them item back and they promptly are sending me the correct item. Hopefully, whatever issue they had with their **************** department has been straightened out. I'm happy because I like the quality and fit of their clothing. I'm very petite and it's difficult to find clothing that fits properly. I'm glad it all was worked out!

Biggest fraud of a company I have ever dealt with - ordered 2 items, neither of which fit, returned them immediately and never received a credit on my card, which was close to $1000.00. There is no phone number for customer service so I had to keep sending emails. I got a response every time with some excuse as to why they hadnt processed my refund. The founders should be arrested for fraud and this company shut down.

Up until now, I have been happy with the items I've ordered from Alieva. But, recently I ordered a necklace for $135. What they sent me was NOTHING like the item shown on the website. It was a very cheap-looking, flimsy necklace with plastic blue beads. I emailed customer service and am getting the run-around. They tried to tell me that they suspect that *** switched the item somewhere in route and they can't do anything until they've fully investigated the situation. SERIOUSLY?? It's obvious that they don't intend to send me the actual item that I ordered. I've filed a claim through Pay Pal but I doubt that I will get the item I originally ordered nor will I receive a refund. I have lost all trust in this company and will not do business with them again.

Aliava, LLC is a ********** LLC that does business as Alieva. Their online store is alieva.com. I purchased one white and one black bodysuit. My wife tried on both. The black was a size M, the white a size S. She found the Medium fit better. So I wrote to exchange the white S bodysuit for a medium. Alieva sent me the exchange. However, prior to receiving the white bodysuit in a M, my wife wore the black bodysuit and did not like it as it was cut too high and you could see skin. She decided she did not want the white bodysuit. I requested a return after receiving the alleged exchange for the white bodysuit. I NEVER OPENED THE PACKAGE FROM ALIEVA THAT CONTAINED THE EXCHANGE. I put the return shipping label on the package AS I RECEIVED IT. I did not ever open it. Alieva must have sent me the wrong items in the exchange. Once I sent it back, Alieva informed me that the items included were not what I purchased and they sent me images of items I have never purchased. They claimed that I put in the return package those items. Yet, I never opened the package. Those items are items that their location sells. As I said, I did not know the maker of those items and I have never ordered items that were found in the package. So, Alieva shipped those products to me mistakenly. I just wanted a refund or even a store credit. They have refused to refund the amount. They claim I was sent the correct product and that the mistake is on **** which cannot possibly be true. *** opened the package and put in other items. No way. I filed a complaint with BBB and the ********** attorney general's office. I suggest you do the same if you have issues with them. As you will read below, many complaints are due to their warehouse/shipment.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very unethical. I purchased a $400.00 dress for the cocktail portion of my wedding. At the time of the dress arriving we were moving between homes so the unopened package was packed in our belongings and not opened immediately. When finally opened the dress was NOT what I expected, the material was kind of cheap looking, more of a "off yellow" than cream, and was poorly dyed. On top of this, their size chart was not correct. The dress would not even pull above my hips to attempt to zip. I knew I wouldn't be keeping it so I placed it directly back into the box, sealed it up with packing tape and emailed the returns department to see what they could do. They stated refunds/returns are a 14 day policy, but that they would be willing to exchange it for a larger size as long as the large yellow ribbon tags that were draped Across both the front and the back of the dress were intact to show that the dress had never been worn, which wasn't an issue of course, and understood because it had been over 14days. Because it was a $400.00 dress I paid the shipping to return, sent them a photo of the return label and did everything that was requested. I never heard back. Checked the tracking and saw it was received back at their warehouse a week prior. I emailed 3 times and finally received a response 10days later stating the exchange was "rejected" by their returns department due to a "stain" on the dress. Knowing this was impossible I asked them for photos. The photos I received were of a small dot on the BACK of the dress, in the middle that appeared to look like someone had pushed tip of some kind of pen or marker into it and it bled into the material. I am not sure if this was placed there on purpose or by accident from their team but there is absolutely no way this "stain" happened while in my possession. It has now been 2 months and have yet to receive anything from them. Even the dress with the "stain".

CHEMICALS!!!! WOWWWWW it smelled so bad people were gagging when we opened the box. I do not know what they use for chemicals but it is NOT safe or healthy. Also no slip to return and no response from ***************** DO NOT buy from them. They also have fake reviews on their webite.
