☺ It was very clean and there was a range of different food and drink options which were all great. The staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great view from our balcony.

Lovely island and friendly staff but overall we were dissatisfied considering the high cost.

☹ One swimming pool, dominated by families. Only 2 restaurants and a truck stop style as well. Food was not the quality expected for the cost.
Families reserving seating at the beach and by the pool and not using them.

Relaxing, fun, perfect getaway!
☺ We loved the atmosphere overall and the staff was incredible! They were so kind and helpful. Also, the food served at the restaurants in the resort was delicious!!! We knew every meal was going to be great!
☹ There was just one moment when after getting massages, our masseuse had difficulty pulling up our account information to charge us for the massages, so we had to come back to the massage area about 3 hours later and even then, it took about 30 mins for her to get everything taken care of. I don't think this was a common incident or our masseuse's fault, but I'm just being nitpicky.

We had a very nice stay at the resort, and we would return, and we would recommend it to others.
☺ Our room was nice, spacious, and having a full kitchen and a second bathroom was wonderful. The beach is amazing, expansive, and kept fairly clean, which we appreciated. The food was good, we enjoyed the beachside spread on several occasions. The staff were all friendly, and courteous, and helpful.
☹ The schedule for the restaurants' being open on certain days was challenging at times.

Great location with updated facilities
☺ Located in a great spot. Great facilities. Lots of options for eating. On a beautiful beach- Grace Bay. Clean rooms with good beds.
☹ I wish the shuttle between properties went more then once an hour

☺ We really loved the resort and our room.
☹ My only complaint is that our room wasn't very sound proofed from the room next door with the door connecting between us. The people next door got back to their room very late and were playing music which made it hard to sleep after a long travel day.

Overall it’s fine but not worth the price tag
☺ The room was big and clean. The food was good for an all inclusive. The beach is gorgeous
☹ The service was poor - they literally frown on your face especially if you require something out of the ordinary like Virgin drinks. I can count maybe 2 people who smiled for the duration we were there
The property and rooms are very dated. Nothing is modern or upscale about it - the sister resort Blue Haven is smaller but definitely more up scale. However the beach at Blue Haven is small and shallow and not really a beach
So many minor issues such as missing staff at the coffee bar in the morning, towels running out by 5 pm, tons of miscommunication such as one staff member telling you something that contradicts another, loungers by the pool were broken and mismatched, the pool was always dirty with leaves and bugs, etc

☺ The location on Grace Bay, the beach truly is amazing
☹ I’m afraid the property is really dated, certainly not 4*. Our room was really tired and dark, seems all the other rooms on the property had a make over and ours did not. The curtains were filthy and the doors all had finger marks on them. The property itself was just lacklustre. There is nothing wow about it. Even the sunbeds and tables had cobwebs under them. the sunbeds cushions were all old. The staff we found to be very unhelpful. Even a simple request like help with a reservation at Blu Haven was too much to ask as their online system kept showing as not available. I ended up calling them myself. The team on the beach who did the daily games were engaging but the rest of the resort staff need more training in hospitality. The cocktails were far too sweet, we don’t drink beer, I ended up having Prosecco most of the holiday and my husband had nothing. What a waste for AI. The food was our biggest disappointment. Other than Black Rock which we managed to reserve twice thankfully, was the best. Jerk chicken from Irie at Lunch was really good but not something I could have on repeat everyday. It was just average. Azu was not good. We chose to go offsite for more most dinners to get more of a better setting. We found Infinity at Grace Bay Club, Barbetta next door, Coco Nistro and Da Conch shack all far superior to the hotel. So disappointed in the whole All Inclusive experience given how much we paid.

Great resort along the beach
Enjoyed our stay at the Alexandria. Loved being able to walk along the beach (you can not do this at Blue Haven). Also enjoyed you had the option to shuttle to Blue Haven to enjoy a nice dinner and also kayak. Also really enjoyed most of the staff, but especially Lettuce, who was always smiling and laughing - it was contagious! He took the time to talk with our group and played great piano !
