Good but Stressful Job The company has great benefits and You will have to work a lot so if you are a hard worker you are set. They have great pay and get 2 raises a year. Management wasn't the best the assistant managers didn't want to work how they should.

The worst The worst experience ever . Don't work here trust me. Overworked underappreciated. Hostile environment to work and would not recommend applying. I was lied to.

Fast paced Great training, fast paced environment, good management structure. Not family friendly. Definitely physically demanding. Need to be able to calculate cash and remember key numbers

Great staff The staff were all great friendly and helpful , the only reason I left is because they kept giving me too many hours like over 40 when I said I only wanted 20 then were surprised when I handed in my notice.

Good pay, that's it Pros : Pay, benefits Cons : Clique-y environment, and they were more concerned with numbers than solving problems (example, you spend a lot of time trying to find a tugger that works, or a terminal that works, or a headset that works)

good place to work fun place to work nice ppl managers r sound customers tend to be decent . long hours sometimes if u want to do the overtime, pays well, optional extra shifts if wanted.

Good place to start I worked at ALDI for five years since I was 18. It was a very good starting job. I learned a lot about hard work ethic and being able to work at a fast pace.

Fun workplace but will work you to Death 😂 I loved who I work with, did not like the company. They do not care about turnover rates they would rather fire you than Help you get Better at your job. They will completely destroy the hard workers and try to seem like they care but they don’t. Also the district manager likes to gossip about what you talk to them about to other employees etc. Pros: Free water all day, 30 minutes paid lunch plus 2 15s unpaid if you are There longer than 6 hours. Healthcare is nice

Sehr willkürliche Führungskräfte, welche nach Krankheit unrechtmäßig aus wichtigen Grund kündigen ohne jemals mit dem Mitarbeiter zu sprechen. Sehr langweilig, absolut monoton, die Arbeitszeiten sind absolut unvorteilhaft. Erreichen des Logistikzentrums mit Öffis ist quasi unmöglich.

Not getting better anytime soon Get none of the hours you want to get, and when you do get hours, they get cut anyway, management team now is an absolute joke, they don’t care about you and give you about 15 things for you to do AT ONCE, overall a terrible experience really. Some people to work with are great, you can get along with people well, but the second you are ‘caught’ communicating with someone you work with, you get shouted at even though you two are working the same thing together. It’s gone downhill fast and I don’t see it getting better any time soon.

stressful but worth it Aldi is a very high paced environment and at times it can be stressful, but the pay and benefits are amazing, and from what I remember the other employees were pretty willing to help you out and teach you things.

Productive and hard You have to be able to multi task and work hard. You begin at the tills and the longer you work there, the more chances you’ll have to get off tills. It is a good starting job if you like sitting down for a long period of time and doing the same thing over and over again.

Fast paced Job wasn't hard but it's really too much they have you doing for the pay! I think you shouldn't have to do a 3 man job and cashier simultaneously , running back and forth is crazy! And mostly everyone agrees but met good people Pros: Benefits Cons: Too much work for one person

Good place to work Management is great but they do expect a lot from you. Everyday you are expected to perform job duties with excellence and always stay busy. Some times they play favoritism to who gets stuck cashing. Over all a good job to have
