Leaves hair dry and rough I think it could be a good shampoo if you feel like you have styling products that are staying in your hair. This would definitely strip it out. I feel like it leaves my hair feeling more dry and rough feeling. You definitely need to use a conditioner with it. I wasn’t a fan but it looks like others are.

Leaked on transit We like the product that's why we purchased it. At least one of the bottle's cap was not tightened properly and the shampoo leaked in the box during its transit to AZ. Unsure if one or both bottles has a break in it.

Great brand! I used to use the Alba products years ago. Recently I was using Garnier fructis and my scalp was itchy all the time. So I switched back no more itchy scalp. These products work great and they're great for sensitive skin.

Fake… I can still receive calls when it’s in the case. This means the signal isn’t blocked. It’s just basically a little phone purse for men. Not impressed 2024.09.30

Lousy packaging The product is great but it leaked all over my other items in the shipping carton. The cap was not on tight and had no plastic or other packaging around it. I wouldn't recommend this product unless they packaged it differently.
