Hugely unprofessional. Said car was ready to be picked up, caught a bus and walked 1km in the rain to pick it up only to be told that they got it messed up with another Mazda and ours would take another day. Wasted my entire morning. Your entire job is revolved around cars, how do you not tell them apart?
Then said car was ready to be picked up the next afternoon. Hours on google and website say 5pm close. They texted us and we replied at 4:13pm and asked if it was okay to pick up, got no reply. Left work early to arrive at exactly 4:40pm, all closed and gone home for the weekend.
If you know someone is coming to pick up a car maybe let them know you're leaving early or update your hours instead of wasting our time! Upon picking it up the lady said "oh yeah we close at 4:30 on fridays. Maybe write that in the friggin' text message to us or update your sites then!
Do not recommend. Dealing with them was a huge annoyance.
Took my car here for an insurance claim as it was their recommended partner repairer, got it back with more damage than it went in to get fixed.
Am still in the process of getting this repaired again from the damage they have done, thankfully insurance haven't argued and are paying for this.
Avoid the headache - go elsewhere.
