We recently used AUF to take down a number of trees in our condo community. Graham and his team were excellent from start to finish. There were some very large dead trees that proposed logistical issues, all of which were handled with incredible skill and patience. One tree was close to a neighbor’s property and they kindly gave us easy access to taking down the tree. As a courtesy and thanks to that neighbor, Graham had his crew take down a tree for her — gratis!
We plan to use AUF to do an annual review of the health of our trees so that we can be better stewards of our grounds. - c.wood
I’m a younger homeowner with a historic home, so I am used to contractors trying to do too much or overcharge. Graham and his team were a welcome relief from this, offering good recommendations on how to manage our trees and performing the work in a timely and professional manner with no trace left on the rest of our property (honestly have no idea how they did this given the size of branches the removed). I plan to use them for all my future needs and recommend them to everyone I know.

One of Graham’s crews just finished up at my house. I was seriously impressed and likely was one of those dreaded clients standing out on their back deck watching. Those guys are pros. There were two power lines, two fences, and a parked car they needed to avoid while bringing down 2 medium sized and 1 big limbs. 5/5 would and will use them again. Pricing was solid and once on site they worked quick.

I emphatically agree with Stuart S. review. We had IMO, some challenging large tree removal and shaping duties for whomever was going to do the work. I contacted Graham and we were able to meet quickly to discuss the project. Very easy to agree on financial terms and conditions, and the best part is, AL Urban Forestry met, better yet exceeded end result expectations.
The Site mgr. Roger was very attentive throughout and offered on the fly advice. The crew was nothing less than 1st class and the ease at which they performed their respective tasks, was quite refreshing to observe. All wood and debris was thoroughly removed the day of the work performed and not left sitting out in front of my house for days and days, like I have seen so many other tree services do.
I highly recommend AL Urban Forestry and wish I could find other service providers of the same caliber. Should be 6 Stars if it were possible.
Graham and his crew are highly recommended!!! They were professional, kind and courteous. On time at the site, worked fast and efficiently and did a good clean up. Their pricing is very reasonable. Thankful to have found them!!

I had them remove two large trees leaning over house. Price was much less than others wanted to charge. The crew that came out was extremely professional and all looked like they loved their jobs (tough find in this profession). The removal process was so impressive my neighbor said he had wished he filmed it! These guys are definitely masters of their trade. Had one small issue with the second haul of limbs, called them and they apologized and took care of it immediately! With the work the crew did, and the responsiveness of the main building when I called, I will use these guys for life! Absolutely the best around, PERIOD!
