Great communication regarding arrival time. The engineer was friendly, respectful, explained everything clearly and completed the job efficiently. I have relied on Akian before and will again.

Expensive and very poor service, staff is unskilled, amateurish and very unprofessional.

Akian Plumbing offers excellent service and very knowledgeable technicians. George is the only person in 2 years of dealing with a defective water sensor/timer on a washer, who was able to to figure out the problem and replace it in under an hour. There were at least three other plumbers were happy to take our money but couldn't fix it. I am truly grateful to not have to deal with the headache of the sensor going off every time I did a load of laundry. I'm very grateful to George and highly recommend Akian Plumbing.

I hired Akian to install heat pump HVAC for my apartment. All crew members were very friendly, did beautiful work, and kept as close to schedule as possible. Jonathan and Andras worked many long hours installing ductwork and registers; I am impressed by their workmanship and professionalism. I will definitely use Akian again. Oh, and they cleaned up after the work was done, much appreciated.

Honest!! how often do you hear that associated with a trade? They didn't have to complete all of the work that we thought we needed so they adjusted the bill accordingly instead of calling it a wash. Everyone was also very professional and I really appreciated the text notices and interactions. : )

My Mitsubishi Mr. slim quit in the middle of a heat wave. A number of AC firms told me I was out of luck for service.Akian was able to service me within a few days. After I booked an appointment, they called to say they had a cancellation and the possibility to see me that very day. Their AC technicians showed up and politely and quickly restored my unit to functionality. In the course of the repair it became evident that my exterior drain line needed to be redone and they were able to schedule that also within a week and a half. I give them five stars for responsiveness and technical competence. Highly recommended.

I've used Akian a few years ago when having a new kitchen installed. They redid the old plumbing and hooked up the new appliances. It was a no brainer to call on them again ! Very professional, walked me through the process, addressed my concerns and didn't push any 'extras' on me. They did point out upgrades that would benefit my comfort and the air quality of this old house. They started on time and the job was completed quickly. They left nothing behind but a happy customer !

2 employees assisted me while my car died in the middle of the street, without being asked. THANK YOU! I'm sorry I didn't grab their names they were so nice and pushed my car to the side of the road. I really appreciate it.

My condenser crapped out and needed to be replaced. Mike gave me a fair estimate and was refreshingly transparent about the costs and how they were calculated. I was put on the schedule right away after accepting the estimate. Zack and Justin did the installation and were professional and courteous despite the heat. Everything went great!

Very happy with the service today. James G did a very thorough job and explained everything very well. Happy to say my house is cooling down!

James, our technician was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He showed up on time, communicated what he was going to do, did it and explained what we needed and why. From my initial phone call to the end of the job, they made an awful situation tolerable. Not my first time using Akian Plumbing, and won't be my last.

They are very friendly and nice and the new installed AC is working well so far. The reason I remove one star is because that it took one additional day to diagnose a clogged port issue, hope they are more familiar with new model installation. Update: I removed another star since they promised to process the mass save application, but I keep receiving missing document email from mass save and Akian just ignored my email to upload the document through the portal as required by mass save. After half a month since I provided the Eversource bill to Akian and 3 reminder email, it was still not uploaded. They want me to send email to mass save by myself, but the requirement is through the portal.

I’m extremely pleased with the service. Carlos was thorough and extremely helpful and I would certainly use their services again. I can’t say enough about the quality of service. It was excellent.

Phil inspected our unit and was very informative and transparent about everything. Would recommend for any further work.

I called Akian to look at my broken central AC system, and they were able to respond within two days. Carlos Fernandez was very helpful in explaining what was going on. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the capacitor. The system was up and running again. He continued to be extremely helpful, recommending what should be done in the future without being pushy and trying to upsell. He’s a very professional technician based on my experience.
