James G. from Akian did an outstanding job on our AC repair, gas heater installation, and kitchen plumbing — I can't recommend him enough!
For the AC, he quickly diagnosed a broken motor, ordered the replacement part, and had everything up and running within a week. What really impressed me was how thorough he was throughout the process — he documented everything with photos and videos and shared detailed notes with me, so I always knew exactly what was going on. He also took the time to deep-clean the internals and blades with brushes, which felt like going above and beyond.
On top of that, he handled our gas heater installation and new kitchen plumbing seamlessly. James is professional, communicative, and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him for AC, plumbing, or anything in between!
Cannot say enough about our experience with Akian from our first point of contact, to when our techs left the house. Everything was timely, professional and communication was fantastic. We had an AC system that was not running, so we scheduled an appointment with Akian. Matt showed up on schedule, diagnosed the problem, and completed the necessary work quickly and at a reasonable price. We have used Akian in the past and continue to be very happy with their service.
