ATC Tech Chris serviced my barely cooling AC today, diagnosed and corrected issues methodically and professionally. ATC's annual service contract is a wonderful value, especially with their outstanding levels of service and products. Mr. Donnie Hooker and his team are great, although I do miss Mrs. Jo-An Hooker answering calls, exuding warmth, friendliness, and a sense of neighborly connection without ever meeting her in person. Thank you, ATC, Middle Georgia is fortunate to have you all in our community.

When Larry McGreggor came out to give estimate, I knew ATC had honest, caring, and courteous folks. Purchased new system, and they had old one out and new one installed and running in less than 4 hrs. Before you use another company, at least give Mr. Hooker and his staff a chance. Tam the traveling Sheltie is enjoying all her comfortable cool air!

Our AC/Heat unit decided to quit working last week---I reached out to Air Temperature Control and they immediately dispatched a team to my home. Moreover the team--- Chris & Joseph--- were professional, courteous, and highly skilled! Moreover---the ATC team diagnosed our problem rapidly and ordered the malfunctioning part. Whats more---the malfunctioning evaporator coil thing a ma jiggy was still under warranty and Donnie ordered us a new part and had our unit up and running within the same week!! Furthermore---Id just like to give a big thankYou to the entire Air Temperature Control business---You're company is a shining star & and delivers exemplary customer service!

Air Temperature Control was recommended to me by a good friend. He said Danny H. is honest and will not take you to the cleaners. My friend was correct. ATC has not used any heavy sales techniques to get me to buy more equipment than I need. And instead of insisting on payment up front Danny, the owner will send me an invoice for the work he did for me. Can't go wrong using ATC.

The owner of ATC came out and gave me an estimate. He seems really knowledgeable and business-oriented. He told us that we did not need the more expensive unit, and gave us a number that I was comfortable with when replacing our HVAC. They did a really great job of installing and kept everything clean, and had it installed in no time.
