I do not recommend using them for the annual spring/winter maintenance program. It was a battle that began in November of 2022. In March of 2023, I finally got my 2022 winter checkup done and this visit also included the current 2023 spring maintenance. The owner, Mike, gave us a year free maintenance which began with that visit. I was told they were installing a new system that would automatically generate a list of customers who participate in their annual maintenance membership plan. Come fall, I never heard from them to schedule the winter maintenance so once again I called. We scheduled the winter maintenance. Once again, Mike assured me that I DO NOT NEED TO CALL to schedule because their new system would include us for the next spring maintenance and they would call all those on the list to schedule when it was time. So, I trusted that we would get a call to schedule. Here it is, the end of February, 2025 and I have not heard a single word from them since November 2023. The only reason they didn’t get a 1 star review was because they installed our brand new HVAC system in our new house and they were great when it was still under warranty. After that is when the service to maintain it went downhill.
Less than 15 hours after making a post about “who services your ac?” I won’t have to ask that question again. Their company was tagged in my post and reached out to me immediately AFTER HOURS! They were at my home by 9:00AM. Emergency service and response time without the Emergency. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have used them for minor issues at my home and have always been pleased with their service and knowledge. I also use them to service the campus of the church I work at. They are knowledgeable at both commercial and residential repairs and installs. I highly recommend Air Service Company.
