Did not work for me and no returns allowed
I have COPD and from the reviews, thought this could help. I was not able to breath hard enough to make the inner ball move to cause the vibrations necessary. You need to have reasonably strong breathing to begin with. No returns allowed, so my loss.

To clean or not to clean
I've been using the device for about a week and can't really tell if it's helping, but the cleaning process is both confusing and time consuming: dishwashing liquid (except later in the instructions it says no dishwashing liquid), then boiled water, then a brand-specific alcohol + water solution, then back to the distilled water -- every time you use the device? Two bowls? And they recommend using the device several times a day. It's non-refundable, which I understand because #mucus, but it seems there are other devices that are equally effective, less expensive, and easier to clean.

Device is not effective at all
Unaware of non-returned item, I bought it thru Amazon. It is simple to use but not effective at all. The ball vibrates but does not improve my lung at all. You exhale through a small mouthpiece to vibrate a light ball The more you do, the weaker your breath. Coughing is even more effect effective to clear musucus than is the device. Besides, it is expensive for a plastic tube with a silver ball.It is a scam to me. How can it clear your lung just by exhaling?

Worth a shot
Got this for my parent but he didn’t stick to regular use, and hardly used it. I’m convinced it can potentially help his health condition. Smoking has been a life long habit of his so I got this amongst other things , it’s price was a little under the Same price as acupuncture would cost . I’m still hopeful this will work but unfortunately when I moved, he lost the metal ball that sits inside the Air-physio and it wasn’t too long after I purshased it for around 80 bucks ? If not mistaken ; I tried reaching out to see if it was possible to receive a replacement part for it but it’s a bummer that I never recieved a response by the company. 😞

Does not help/work
I am able to use the device correctly, even tho it is a giant PITA to get it to work correctly, however even when it does work correctly it still does not have any effect on the mucus in my lungs and I am typically better served by just trying to cough instead of using this device. Regret buying it, would not recommend it at all.

I own several of these clearance devices and none have ever done anything for me. I have the Breather, Quake, Accapella, and Aerobika. I saw an add for this one and decided to give it a try!!!! Amazing!!!!! I am clearing huge wads of lung crap with this thing...more than I have ever cleared using any other method. I know we are all different, but this thing really works for me. My nebulizing prescription meds to clear the airways has dropped to near zero. Best clearance device ever...for me!!! Highly recommend!!!! In fact I am going to order another as a backup. You must try this if you have mucus to clear from your lungs!!!!!!

Useless, better alternatives available at a fraction of the price
It sounds like it could possibly work in theory, but after hours of using it I was left with nothing but lightheartedness. I followed all the instructions videos as well, got that thing vibrating like it said and it didn’t do a thing for mucus. I really can’t believe anyone needing oxygen or anyone that has serious COPD or other lung issues would be able to use this device. It’s not easy to learn and once you do it’s laborious to use with little to no results. I was given one at my doctors visit that was free and much easier to use, I’d start with one of the variants you can find for $10 or less online first before wasting $70 on this toy
