Pathetic unprofessional services No compassion towards the animal traveling or the family that is trusting the company and its owner and team to bring their baby home Unfortunately it’s taken me a long time to write this review but nevertheless I had to educate the public on the fake compassion this company shows towards the pets being brought back to India. They have no authority or control so rest assured, if you are a common man coming back to India with your pet be ready to run from airport to cargo terminal with no updates from the company and being told they have no idea how or where your pet is. To the extent the owner Ms Vandana will not even reply to your messages or calls. People who are assigned to you like Mr Pravesh or Mr Varun will have no idea how to get your animal out of customs and back in your custody. All you will be told if they ever pick up your call is that the customs is doing the needful and they do not have any information. I got my pet a male Labrador from Dubai to New Delhi and trust me the India sector thanks to Airpets was the worst nightmare It’s only thanks to my friends and family in Dubai and India that we survived thus ordeal. No thanks to airports who provided absolutely zero support in getting my pet out of cargo or giving me any updates. Most of the time they don’t even pick up your call and the owner Ms Vandana washes her hands off as soon as she has recovered the fees from you. She will not even take your call or reply to your messages. Never recommend airpets for any fur baby traveling back into India They are absolutely unprofessional and have no integrity or emotional connect to family or the pet that is going through such a tough ordeal’

Vandana and her team absolutely knew how to get the tedious task of relocating a pet done. Even on such a short notice she was able to get all paper works done for my pet dog in time and ensured that she reaches with me on the date I had asked for. I would 100% vouch for Airpets if you wre considering seeking help to export your pet.

Vandana and her team helped us move our doggo from Delhi to Singapore. Let me just start by complementing them on their professionalism - managing all paperwork in India and Singapore, arranging for a suitable dog crate, making sure the dog is well fed during the flight, timing everything like clockwork! Very impressive indeed! The doggo arrived safe and sound and we can't thank you enough! Thanks Airpets!

The customer service is abysmal, the most unprofessional and unresponsive business I've ever encountered. The owner, or whoever was handling my case, was aware that I was traveling to India and returning to the UK within three months. They neither followed up nor ensured that the necessary documents were completed. While they mention everything in their emails, they see it as the end of their responsibility. Once the payment is received and the email is sent, they no longer take charge. I would absolutely not recommend their service. I almost couldn't obtain an export license for my dog because this company failed to remind me to visit the AQCS center with my dog upon arrival in India. They also didn't inform me when they would send an employee to assist me in getting the clearance. When I sought guidance later, the owner blamed me for not taking my dog. As a first-time traveler, I expected basic support and responsibility from the agent after paying a significant amount, but this company simply takes the money and leaves the rest to you.

I reached out to AirPets team at a very short notice, less than 2 weeks and connected with Vandana Ma’am. Vandana ma’am was extremely kind and helpful, she understood my urgency and agreed to help with the request of moving my cat from India to the United States. She explained the process and requirements properly and provided me with the list of required documents. She also worked with her team to schedule an AQCS appointment for me and provided me with the time slot to visit and explained the entire process. She was always available even for any silly queries that I had, I was a very nervous pet parent moving my pet for the first time and I have a very anxious cat. AirPets office is located at the most convenient location, just opposite to AQCS. Her amazing and experienced team met me at the time of appointment and were with us every step of the way, in arranging all paperwork, ensuring it was provided before hand to AQCS and also in accompanying me and my baby to the AQCS location. After my cat was examined by the vet at AQCS, the team was kind enough to let my cat stay at their office while we waited for the paperwork. Once received, the team throughly checked and vetted everything and ensured the AQCS approval had all correct details. Considering my very last minute request, nervousness and timeline for travel, I owe it all to the AirPets team and Vandana ma’am for making this happen. Today me and Oreo are well settled in US and we are and will always be very grateful to the team. If you want the best when moving your fur babies, please consider them if you want the best support. They go above and beyond and are best in what they do.

We relocated our kid (cat) Sugar from Delhi to Dubai. Our experience with Airpets was excellent. Varun and team handled the entire process in a very professional manner in coordination with their import partners at Dubai. We highly recommend their services.

I would like to sincerely thank both Vandana and her team who helped me take my cat all the way to Belgium in 2022 and back in 2024. They always made everything feels very possible and helped with good, prompt information to guide the steps and especially with AQCS, Delhi. Her team was both times so empathic to my pet. I really enjoyed the service. Will always have Airpets on high regards, respect and recommendation.

I have a 5 month puppy and had to travel at a very short notice. A number of other consultancies refused to help with documentation as this is a tricky case. However, Varun was beyond helpful and efficient. Worth the fee they ask and every penny spent!

Poor communication and service .They provided misleading information which caused so much trouble . If you are not traveling from Delhi then don’t opt their service .

I would like to take few minutes to highlight exceptional service I had with Air pets relocation service team Mr. Varun, he was very helpful in giving the information to start the process. Mr. Varun helped me in getting all the required documents from start to finish to relocate our pet from UAE (Sharjah)to India (hyderabad). He was very polite and helpful. Mr. Varun was highly professional and responsive. His response was fast and quick. If anyone wanted to relocate your pet internationally, I will highly recommend Air pets relocation service. Recently Airpets and Vandana helped me to move my persian cat from India to Finland since I couldn’t go and bring him by myself. It was very smooth travel for him and healthy and happy he reached to me. I am so grateful of this and I want to move my other cats also from India to Finland with same team.😍

Really straightforward and transparent service very professional as well. Helped us transport and clear our dog from Bahrain to Delhi and from there to Kochi

⛔️BEWARE ⛔️ ZERO Service quality 1) Air pets asked me to pay 21,000 upfront for Indian Governmenr NOC Certificate. No 💰 money, no Certificate they said. 2) refused to ask any questions about the documentation until they get the money. When I shared the challenges in my documentation, they said it can't be done. Then why did you ask for money first ? They said it's NOT their job to ask such questions 🙄 How will the client know the legal protocol if you don't tell the client? No choice, so I contacted another Relocation agency - Delivery beyond Borders. 3) DBB - delivery beyond borders - they asked me v relvant questions first, identified the challenges on their own, i didnt need to tell them, helped me solve the documentations challenges, then gave me quote which was 25% cheaper 😜 yayyyyyyyyy Glad I took my time to decide.

I sent over more than 5 emails to them to get a quote, but never get a response. Don't know what it takes to make them reply to the customers.

Thnak you Varun.S - We had our pet moved from India to Canada, the process was smooth. We were really worried due to lot of delay in flight, but Varun replied to our queries even during late night hours and updated us.
